Mike the Pool guy that came out and his assistant were great. They explained everything to me as they went. My problem is with the woman how makes the appointments named Kerry. I left a message to have a phone call returned twice and didn't receive one. When I was able to finally track her down, she was very rude and condescending. To the point I wish I never spent money with Fiesta. I didn't feel like a valued costumer. They opened my pool but wanted to charge me extra to tell me the state of my pool and equipment in an email. I feel if something was off about the pool they wouldn't have hasted to make some money off the repairs. Same way their chemicals are ridiculously overpriced. Fiesta has been the only place we've trusted with our pool supplies. We've been pool owners for 2 years now and were lost. The staff at Fiesta were SO patient and able to explain things on my level. It's great to have my water tested and out the door with a good report or solution. I was able to show them a picture of my springtime algae discolouration and he immediately knew what to do. I just bought my house, first time having a pool. I made an appointment online to winterize and put cover on my pool and paid for the service online. I did not receive a follow up email to confirm my appt or inform me of an appt. I called in and spoke with Kerri Record who let me know that email goes to spam sometimes and she would email or call me back with a date and let me know they put on cover. No email in spam. Week and a half went by with no communication, so I sent in email so I could know a date. She replied saying the date. On the day of while they were servicing I received a call from servicer saying they would not put on cover because it wasn't bought from them although I was not informed of that. Very frustrated with service as I stated I did not have prior knowledge of pools. Not a happy customer and will not be using them again. read more

Purchased a dolphin M400 from them in the fall and brought it in due to an issue with the impeller after it sat during the winter. Since there's a 6-10 week lead time on warrantied parts, they swapped my impeller with an M400 in inventory. I was in and out of here in 10-15 minutes. Fantastic service. Buyer be aware! Purchased an above ground pool in 2015. Due to a hole in the liner, had to replace the liner. Unbeknown to me, I was not aware that the installation was improperly installed due to improper bolts which caused the pool to collapse upon removing the liner. Manufacture was also called due to fiesta pools not honoring the service that have been provided The bolts installed were improperly put in and specs were not followed the only thing I wanted was for someone to honor their product. So many pictures were obtained To show the defect in the installation. This is not a company that is forthcoming with their warranty, or the Product. Buyer beware before you do an investment and come to find out that an injury could have occurred due to improper installation it's bad enough I already have a handicap. Shame on you! Buyer look at Amazon for a liner which will save you hundreds of dollars. read more

We have been customers of the Sheridan store for about 10 years now. Elizabeth is awesome with the chemicals and always knows how to solve the problem and get us back on track. We always refer our friends and family to Elizabeth for the chemical needs. There is no one better. We love the new store. The only problem is the music is too loud. It was very dificult to have a conversation. About 3 years ago, we purchased our new pool from Erik. We have had issues with it since it was installed and have had numerous conversations with Erik about it and he always promises to get it fixed. Well, it has never been fixed and now we are paying someone else to come in and fixed it. I will not ever purchase any thing from Erik again. Huge disappointment. read more

I Bought a house with a 17k gallon in ground vinyl pool in the fall. Moved in and closed it for the season. The previous owner had it installed and serviced by fiesta for over 8yrs. I opened the pool in early may... but after about 3 weeks i couldn't get the pool as clear as I wanted or my chemicals in line. So I took a sample to fiesta. they took all my information and updated their file for the pool. I informed them it was 17k gallon. The high school said he needed the exact dimensions and the computer would tell us the gallons. A lady then came and took over. Because they couldn't get the computer to update me as the new home owner. They actually asked me several times what was the name of the previous owner of the home. What does that matter. I am a new customer who has a 17k gallon vinyl pool and I need help. (Extremely poor customer service.) they could not comprehend that someone could buy a " used home" with a pool that was owned previously by someone else. So, after what felt like an hour. I left spending $180 ... Was told, based on my water sample and the size of the pool I needed .... .... I Was instructed on amounts and frequency of those chemicals... Followed the instructions to the T. 3 weeks later I noticed the chlorine smell was extremely strong. The water was harsh on the skin and eyes were burning like pepper juice was in them. So I took another sample back to fiesta. Got another high school kid as a helper. He was nice enough but didn't have experience in pool chemicals or the plumbing questions I had. So again, another person had to step in. They ran the chemicals, and something's looked way out of sorts. I questioned the numbers and they recommendations (I.e. more products to purchase!) that they were offering I questioned how in 3 weeks with hardly in use and following their instructions to the T could the PH get so messed up. They pulled my file up on the computer and started to look over what I was told to do...she then said " based on your 24k gallon pool, if you followed our directions this wouldn't have happened..." 24k gallon? My pool is only 17k! "The computer says 24k" I said its 17k, they asked what the dimensions where ... Does not matter... The pool holds 17k... I told them it was a custom pool so their computer calculations will not apply... It's a 17k pool... When they corrected that number, it became obvious that I had been using 50% more in chemicals than I should have and now I had to spend $25 to get the PH back where it should be. Long story short.... Get a second opinion if you choose to do business with this company. If you purchase a "used home" with a pool already in and the previous owner used fiesta for thier pool needs, I would recommend going to their competitor. Went in to the 21st St store on 6/17 to gather information on an above ground pool. The sales person was condescending and rude. Reminded me every other sentence he had been in the business for over 30 years and what I wanted to do was improbable without even understanding my objective. He also told me I was NOT going to get a pool this summer until late August or early September and that I should have been planning this since November of 2015. I promptly got in my vehicle drove to Dolphin Pools on 11th St in Tulsa and purchased a 16'x24' doughboy Palm Shores above ground pool and about $500 in additional accessories with no problems at all in understanding my desires. Odd thing about this story is another couple in the store had just come from Fiesta as well. They encountered the same salesperson and were treated the same. Over $25,000 in sales awarded to Michelle (Over 12 years of experience) at Dolphin Pools for prompt excellent customer service in just 2 hours. Imagine how much business is lost in a week?? Dolphin Pools scheduled a site inspection immediately with an install manager (Over 30 years experience) and he came the next day to give us his professional advise on proper instillation. Everything is a go and we are on the list to have our pool installed in 3 weeks. Shame on Fiesta for such poor representation from their sales team. read more
