So I am once again amending my review-and I shoukd have done this a few weeks ago. After I posted the last one Neal did reach out to me which I appreciated. They also had a team come out and clean the pool and filters as well as giving me a second set since the first ones had been through so much. Though the road was long and arduous with many bumps and bruises along the way. We finally have a beautiful pool, that we are enjoying immensely! So to Josh. Neal & especially Levi I say thank you. I regret it was such a stressful install for all of us but I am grateful for all you have done to make things right and get me swimming! Every thing seams to be good until you have an issue with your unit. Then trying to get some one out to repair it. I have ben to the store and had some one take message to have the repair people to call and never get a call back. Call on the phone and get the same run around. you would think after spending $10,000 that you get some help so its now ben almost 6 weeks and still nothing. Just went on line and put in another request for service. We will see how that goes. Worst part is that it is under WARRANTY. Not Good read more

Pool install yesterday. Didn't go well. Missing a part to hook up the pump. Be back tomorrow with it. No worries, the pool is still filling. They arrived today and hooked it up. Filling continued...then the lake appeared in my yard. Filter is leaking profusely. No O-ring! Seriously?!Spoke to the install supervisor/interpreter. Turn the shut off valve. Surprise! No shut off valve. They'll be back again tomorrow with the O-ring. Yard is flooded, hope they have boots! Haven't even plugged in the pump yet. Hope that works. Fingers crossed for the hot tub install also scheduled for tomorrow. read more

Have used our hot tub for 4 months. Then it's leaking and our pump seal is broken. First, they charge you $129 to have someone come out to look at it even though it's under warranty after sending some sketchy text asking for payment for this and not even mentioning it on the phone. Then, they ask us for another $900 and say that part is not under warranty and the manufacturer won't cover it! After demanding they do more, they convince the manufacturer to cover it. However, we are a month in and still no repair and no one in the warranty department returns your call. Glad we spent $$$$ to miss the best time of year to be using it. Agree with everyone else on here. Poor communication, shawty work, crap for pumps and filter.... Left the dirt in my backyard and no electric ran for pump I'm using an extension cord... still Galaxy sucks oh n the $600 vacuum broke a wheel after 1 season, the entire vacuum crapped out after 2 seasons and we have a hole in liner and the pump almost never primes properly. read more

Pool was completed 2 months behind their schedule. Very poor communication ( would tell us they would be there but not show ) , followed by poor instruction for use. Also disappointed in their customer care after completion of pool. The robot that came with the pool lasted maybe 6 weeks. They exchanged it only for the next one to last only another 6 weeks, now we have to " send it back to manufacturer " ourselves per Galaxy. Touch screen has not worked for over 2 months and no one will return texts or calls. Not even a year in and we have spent over $100,000.00 and should be enjoying the pool. Don't deliver what was promised. Dishonest about timeline and destructive to personal property. Job still not completed even though project has been ongoing for more than twice the timeframe given. I had bought a expensive sauna. Few months later. Side of the black panel caught on fire. From the inside.. called the Galaxy n replace it with a smaller and cheaper one. Was not happy with the smaller sauna. I kept it now. I moved into a new location and had there tech moved the sauna and install it. Under two months later. Sauna doesn't work. They ant me to pay for repair. There sauna sucks and wouldn't buy another one from this place.. there sauna keeps breaking down.. be aware sauna breaks down a lot.: read more

Bought a new hot tub and patio furniture last year. Hot tub delivery and installation was great. Delivery of patio furniture has been dismal. Damn near a year later and we have still not received our sofa. Twice they said it came in but was damaged. They eagerly took our money up front but have yet to deliver. Customer service is non existent as we continually get the run around. I will never spend a dime in this store ever again. read more

Purchased a pool from them in July of 2019, it was installed the end of August 2019. We have had nothing but problems since and it is now June of 2020 and we haven't been able to open our pool. The installers showed up without adequate tools, it took 9 hours. Every piece of plumbing leaked, pool is out of level, then the pump itself started leaking and almost a year later we still don't have a usable pool. Stay away! Don't let the friendly, informative sales people fool you. The service department is as bad as they are good. read more

She was so knowledgeable about all the available hot tubs and so determined to help us find just the right hot tub for us without ever being pushy. She gave us all the time we needed. We have had our hot tub for about six months and we love it. We can call Jennifer any time with questions. She always goes above and beyond! She is smart and personable. Andrew is the go to person with all the information about keeping our hot tub clean. We really appreciate his help as well. WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT PURCHASE A POOL HERE. Our's is still not complete. Levi, the pool install manager, contracted a crew that has never installed this type of pool. It was literally their first time. They dug the hole too large, piled dirt 5+ feet high on our patio. Any rain, flooded our patio and came within an inch of entering our house. This company has no regard to the care of our property or the care of their work. Our liner was installed wonky and is lower on one end making the entire pool look unlevel. Levi has insisted it's level and told me that we were stuck with the liner and would give us a store credit for chemicals. That's so sweet of him?! The concrete layer would not come and do his work because the previous crew left our yard a complete disaster. Finally, my husband backfilled the pool with one shovel and a wheelbarrow. Concrete crew came, put in the stonework and told me they were ordering the concrete and would be out on the next day it was sunny. That was 4 weeks ago. Contacted them today and learned the concrete was just ordered today and it'll be another two weeks before they'll be back. Another crew is coming to look at the liner and floor of the pool this Saturday. I was promised another liner. We'll see. So far, their word is meaningless. Meanwhile, our backyard is a swamp.... 2 months and counting. Again, learn from us.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Well my husband and I stopped by this location around 2:00pm today. WORST experience. Three people in the store all three in massage chairs. Never asked if we needed help or hey be with you in a minute. Electrical cords in the floor were not secure. Showroom floor was crowded and was a mess. As we were leaving we made it a point to walk by the three people in the chairs who still had not moved since we entered. Two of them had their shoes off. Never once looked up or made I contact. We were looking for a pool for our new house in the area. This company has lost a sale. They don't even deserve the one star I had to put in order to post review. read more

I will start by saying our experience at the physical store location was great. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought our above ground 24 foot round pool around Memorial Day. I was told by the store associate and by the scheduler that the install takes approximately 4-6 hours. Our install was scheduled for July 2nd. No time of arrival was given. I was up and ready to meet them by 8 a.m. Around 10:30 a.m. I call the store to see what time I should expect them. Vicki, the scheduler, tells me early afternoon and I should receive a call from the installer before noon to confirm. The installer calls me at 11:30 and tells me between 1 and 3. Fine. 4:30 rolls around and no one is here yet. I call the installer again. He tells me that they have had to completely take down and rebuild the pool they are currently working on but they will be here this evening to at least dig the hole. They show up at 7:45 p.m. The hole is dug. Arrangements are made for them to be back at my house between 8-9 a.m. the following day. They did not show up until 1:30 p.m. the next day because someone on the team had heat exhaustion. They were able to work for two hours before we had a rain delay. By this time, the installers have worked for 4 hours at my house already. All I have is level ground, a black ring and sand on the ground...nothing close to complete. They come back Friday, (July 4th was a holiday) but the ground is too wet. My frustration is building. Arrangements are made for them to come back on Wednesday, July 10th. I get a text at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday saying the install team has food poisoning. At this point, with the repeated delays, I have a hard time believing this. I'm questioning the legitimacy of their repeated excuses. On Wednesday, I call the Operations Manager, Jake, who frankly, did nothing. He tells me that we've had a ridiculous amount of rain this spring and the installers are overloaded. This is all well and good, except that none, NONE, of the excuses I was given for the delays had anything to do with being back logged, over worked, short handed because of the ground being so wet. I was also assured by Jake that there is NEVER more than one install scheduled per day. But guess where my install team was on July 2nd when they were supposed to be at my house??? In Drumright, installing a pool. As I said before, the store experience was great. But there is a tremendous breakdown in the scheduling/logistics department. The installers tell me that it takes at least 8-10 hours to install a pool but the store tells the customers it's only 4-6 hours. See a problem here? The scheduling department overbooks and the installers are overworked. My pool was finally completed on Thursday, July 11th...10 days after it should've been. Another issue we've had is that we've received conflicting information from the store compared to the installers...at least 8 different times. It makes it hard to know how to care of the pool. Frankly, I could go on. There were other issues with the pool filter, electrical issues, clean up, etc. I'm not sure where the breakdown is. But there is a major discrepancy within that business. read more

Purchased Springfree trampoline due to great safety record. Unfortunately safety net not properly installed and partially separated with first use. Took two days for them to come back and redo, but they did fix it. Appreciated the follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. Great job cleaning up work site both times. read more
