My pool flooded with mud and rocks, 9:00 they were here, they worked for two days, came back until it was spotless. I was shocked, I cannot believe how beautiful the craftsmanship is also. They are way more OCD than I am. Thank you Blue haven pools, making dreams come true, and I company I know I can trust. I have built homes and countless items, most often you have to babysit. This company was spectacular, the knowledge base was amazing. The design from start to finish. Each rock was hand picked, hand sculpted. It's not a pool, it's a work of art. If you want a pool that is special and unique, Blue Haven Pool and Spas is the right company. If you don't want to worry about perfection, make the right choice, Blue Haven Pools and spa. Had to babysit them throughout the process, constantly forgot things we spoke about. Hardly had any communication as to when something was going to happen. After every step in the process we had to clean up the trash left between sub contractors. Even though we took down a section of our fence next to a new construction lot, so they wouldn't screw up the drive they still drove a dump truck of gravel into the back yard and broke a 10x6 section. (Not there problem). Have complete disregard for all landscaping, had to bring in my own yard grader to fix there problems. We had an older pool system and wanted it updated. It was originally built by Blue Haven, so we contacted them to do the job. They sent "Brian" to give us an estimate. While here he let me know he does the estimate and he will do the work, which was nice I basically had one person I continually spoke with. Brian hands down was the most knowledgeable man we have ever had with help on our pool. He was patient with us to explain any questions, teach us what we needed to know and tried to do the absolute best for us. My wife and I have been exceptionally pleased with Blue Haven Pools. From day one of the sales process until now three years later; Don, Nathan & Eric have been great to work with. If I had to find any fault with this company, it's that they didn't up sell me enough. I know it's odd to say that but would have spent more on features and technology if they would have gently nudged. Communication was great from day one. Nathan is the G.M. and does a great job keeping everyone informed throughout the build process. Eric does a wonderful job delivering the pool and taking you through what they call "pool school'. Since delivery the level of communication has remained as strong as it was during the sales and delivery process. Just a few nights ago (3 years after delivery) I had an issue that I noticed late in the evening, around 11:00 pm as a matter of fact. I decided to send a text message to the G.M. thinking he would likely return my message or call me the next day. But I was wrong, he texted me back 5 minutes later and worked with me up until around 11:30 pm to resolve the problem. This level of customer services is completely unheard of these days, but it is what I have gotten accustomed to since my relationship with Blue Haven started. What I appreciated the most about Blue Haven was them being on the cutting edge of technology. While my neighbors were still getting chlorine and salt water pools, Blue Haven was offering the latest technologies such as Ozone. As someone who appreciates the latest in technology, I was the most intrigued by the technology solutions Blue Haven offered over popular builders in the Tulsa area. If you are considering a new pool and still haven't decided on a builder, I would highly encourage you to consider Nathan's team over at Blue Haven Tulsa. If only I could give zero stars. After researching our dream pool for several years, we chose Blue Haven. Fast forward a couple of years later and we are still paying for this horrible mistake. There are cracks and leaks in multiple places. We looked at many other companies but felt confident in the "national warranty" as an added benefit from being a franchise. It is not worth the paper it is written on. Check references besides the people on the their pool tour. Buyer beware! read more
