He was so incredibly professional, work hard for literally hours and left my home spotless clean even though it was a sawdusty, messy job! Attempted to buy hardware and explained that I needed pricing for a presentation. The guy (Doug)…read moredid not follow up with me after I explained how I was doing a presentation and really needed it. I called back to get prices before closing time. He said he didn't have time to look it up and he was busy entering orders. In the meantime, the manager won't take my calls and another sales person wouldn't help because he said the other guy was too busy. It sounds like these people don't really care. They are the customer. Very frustrating to deal with.
