There was no one at the front desk where I assume they normally greet customers. So I went looking at things by myself. Several sales people saw me and most weren't with other customers, but no one offered to help the whole hour I was there. I kept checking at the front desk and still no one there until the last time I passed it in the way out. I was out of time by then, so I didn't bother talking to that person. It's probably just as well. Most products were substantially overpriced. They do have beautiful products there though.

Recently had new granite counter tops installed to replaced older granite counter tops. I received…read morea call early one morning advising granite would be installed that morning. I had not received advance schedule or notice and had not had plumbing disconnected. Installer asked if this was new construction and when I advised I was replacing current granite, he said that was not on his work order. Then he asked if I was removing granite? I told him I was not and I would them to remove. Then he said he would need to contact the office. Office later called and said they would need to charge me additional amount to remove granite. I had made no secret to the salesperson that I currently had granite and was replacing it. No mention was ever made there was an additional charge outside of what I was quoted. So I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge. After granite was installed following day, the installers did not caulk the demarcation line from the granite counter tops and the backsplash. When I asked the installer, he said it was not his job. So I had to hire someone to caulk the line around the granite. Seems like that would have been part of the job..... I felt customer service was lacking and once paid, you are on your own. In addition, no one ever called to ask if I was happy with the installation and product nor if I had any questions. I expected more and was sadly disappointed.

Chad is an excellent project manager and has good relationships with his subcontractors which is key in getting them to show up nowadays. Chad's project management skills are what sets him apart from other contractors in my mind. We were looking for a washing machine and the service at Pacific Kitchen and Home was FANTASTIC!!!!!! The employees were very helpful but also gave us space while we decided what we liked. Whenever we had a question, they were right there to answer it. We were in an out in less than 30 minutes and found a great washing machine. Best Service Ever!!!!!!
