A plumber showed up and told me that the slab and tile would have to be busted up and he could not complete the work that day and would schedule the repair the following Thursday. He claimed it was a big repair and would take some time- he told me it was cost $2440.00 When Thursday came- Aspen Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers out to make the repair. They arrived at 9:30 am. They said they needed to go to the plumbing supply to get more material for the job. They were gone 1 hour. They made the repair and left at 12:30 pm. They spent a total of 2 hours making the repair and left. They did a good job and were very courteous; however, my problem is with the labor rate. I was led to think this job would take maybe all day the way the first plumber talked. The material they used did not cost over $50.00. That is a labor rate of over $1000 per hour- that is outrageous to me. In spite of their quick reply and doing a good job- I cannot recommend them with a positive review. I feel this is a unethical business practice and they took advantage of the situation.

After completing what they thought was a waterfall, we were totally disappointed. We ended having to show them examples from their own brochure as to what our vision and expectations were. They ended up deconstructing the first waterfall and upon their second attempt, they finally got it right. They've had to come back a few times to fix leaks, other than that, it's a beautiful waterfall. The only reason for 3 stars is that they really need to put their best foot forward on their design of their waterfall. You, as a customer shouldn't have to explain in detail what you expected vs. the product that they delivered.
