Matt, the sales guy was prompt and courteous and quickly got me a quote. As with a lot of things, I got busy and the quote sort of sat on my desk for some time. I got a call from Matt, who wanted to follow up with me and also advise that the materials for the fence were getting scarce, and if I didn't move quickly, my wait might be extended for some time. So, we went ahead and set the date and put down a payment. We were told 4 to 5 weeks, and it ended up being just under 6, with that including the Independence Day holiday, so I'm good with that. Workmen arrived when they said they would for both the posts and the fencing, spreading it out over three days to allow the posts to cure and setup. Overall, I'm happy with the fence, although a couple of things I think could have been done better. The side gate by the house was hung to swing opposite of what I wanted. To be honest, I didn't think to tell the crew what I wanted, but were it me, I would always ask the owner, just to confirm. One question can save a lot of heartache. And I feel like that detail should be on the installer, not the customer. The other issue is some poor alignment of a couple of double gates, where the tops don't line up with the fence. It's trivial, but I noticed it right away, but sadly, after the work was done. So there's no way to make it right except to pull the gate post and do a new one. Other than those issues, I'm pretty happy. I would definitely do business with Owasso Fence again, but I'd pay a lot more attention to details.

I called into Messick roofing and the owner Grant had picked up the phone. I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. The attention, communication, and care during the job was absolutely what you want from a roofing company. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Paul was also very kind enough to bring over a pound of dear meat that he caught from his last hunting trip which was beyond over the top. We had a phenomenal experience with this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Grant responded to my request for a quote promptly and graciously - another stark contrast from the previous - and was able to assess and rectify my issue rapidly and affordably. I can't think of anything that I would ask this company to improve, only to keep doing what they're doing!

I call Conrads Roofing Friday March 17th very upset explaining the no call situation from Aaron. I get another estimator/ salesperson who says he would have a estimate to me by Monday March 20th. It is now Wednesday evening March 22nd 2023 and still no response from Conrads Roofing. Monday March 27th 2023. Still no response from Conrads Roofing of an estimate. Monday April 3rd 2023. Still no response from Conrads Roofing of an estimate.
