Day of work a total delight.. they showed up on time, got straight to work, and it came out way better than I could have hoped. I found this company on the BBB website, and I contacted them in April to help me with landscaping…read morefor my home. After a few weeks, I received an email requesting a meeting to discuss what needed to be done. I met with her and her associate to form a plan. I emailed her pictures that were my suggestions for plants that I liked. She replied with a price for the project. I agreed and waited. Finally, in mid May, her associate arrived with some mulch and a small plant. She was gone by the time I got home. I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.

No, we can notify you the day before each treatment in the event of a locked gate or pet concerns. [(Beware they may set date and maybe a time but may come a day early or at later time or day! Locked Gate No Problem; they carry lots of keys to try on your gate. They did mine and I never gave them a key! And I didn't want them in! Imagine that. The one part owner said, " ...Most trust us" While the other owner said, "J*** climbed your fence." When on camera I saw the real story of him trying the many keys and opening my gate. Makes you feel so safe and really trust them. My Yorkie had access to the yard to escape or get poisoned that was when I was told... The one part owner also said, "That their spray won't hurt pets it won't even kill ants. Makes you real glad you pay for that service. Such as for termites, spiders, and ants etc.] When can I let my pets back on the lawn after a treatment? Pets are safe with any treatment we do, but as a precaution allow treatment to dry 30-45 minutes after application. [(But when they let themselves in you have no control over the safety of your pets BEWARE)]
