He took time on each of our systems to make sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. He adjusted the sprinklers that needed it as well as changed out the sprinkler heads that were leaking.He did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company for your sprinkler needs. Technician wasn't able to get the wiring right so that 1st stage didn't run with all the other stages. He tried to convince me the wiring in the lawn boxes had been fried by lightning within the week the old box had been down. I wasn't buying it and sent them away along with the box they installed but was still invoiced for a service call. Another company came the same day, installed another box and figured out the right wiring combo to make all stages run properly. No fried wires after all, imagine that! Asked for a refund and Todd didn't bother to respond. Careful single ladies, these guys think we are dumb.

This time hubby and I were on a mission: find Lantana for the huge pots around the pool. They had tables of Lantana! Baby plants, just right for planting. Fantastic selection of colors. Happily, we walked out with several flats. I didn't have time to shop although I was constantly distracted by the various offerings; kitchen stuff, home decor, clothing, seasonal, etc. Normally we walk out with more than plants.

I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.
