GreenPro came in on the tail end of what has been a very frustrating outdoor repair/renovation experience. I found myself apologizing to Dakota (owner) for asking so many questions and double checking everything just because of what had been going on for last 3 months. He was always very polite and I feel he was 100% honest when giving me opinions and options. He always answered the phone/text within the day. Needless to say he designed our new front flower beds and even added extra plants that were not included in the diagram or price. When his crew arrived with the plants I was surprised at the size. They did not send a bunch of little plants & trees! I now use GreenPro LLC for fertilization, yard insect control and mosquito spraying. I did miss the first 2-3 treatments which has allowed the crabgrass to grow. GreenPro LLC has made several trips out to check the yard for weeds & crabgrass. They have applied extra treatments for weeds & crabgrass at no extra charge. I am seriously thinking about switching to all things GreenPro for the maintenance of my yard. OH.. and when we do landscape lighting I will be calling Dakota! I am pretty sure I have him on speed dial! I have been SO happy with GreenPro, and the owners, Matt and Dakota, are so easy to work with. Their team is very attentive to detail and is so professional. I had contacted four landscape companies and one never responded, two were wanting to retire on just my job , or so I thought and then GreenPro came within 24 hours to give me a bid and they were very competitive and began work within a week . He worked up a very good plan and even steered me away from a few items that would have made him more money. GreenPro has been a blessing to me. I have been through several companies the past year trying to find the one that serves me best. GreenPro shows up the same day every week, around the same time. I never have to call and find out when they will be there. The grass is always super green and weed free. We wanted a water feature to drown out the noise of street traffic. The guys at Green Pro did an awesome job and made some great suggestions for shrubs which would also block out noise and give us more privacy where the view to our backyard was open.
