The mowers come once a week consistently and the weeds/lawn treatments occur 7 times throughout the year. The mowers once damaged my mailbox but they took care of it quickly and without any hassle. The main reason I would recommend GreenPro is that they are very responsive and take care of things if they screw up or if you are unhappy with the service.

We gave him over 14 THOUSAND in deposits for french drain and astroturf.i guess that's chump change to him and gets you put on the back burner? First deposit was Jan 31st, 2023 for the drain. still after 5.5 months nothing had happened. Getting alarmed, i asked where was the astroturf, since its not here in my yard. He said it had come in and was at SiteOne in Bixby, and even gave me the address!I went there twice, and verified there was no turf,nor was any waiting to arrive .JUNE 1st i asked for receipts for all materials he had purchased so far.Of course,none transpired. after waiting 5.5 months, we finally asked for our deposit $ back. which we got. At the final meeting, he had the audacity to ask for over 1K for blah blah. Of course we said "NO, there's nothing in the contract about that and doesn't he know whats in his own contract?" Then, he actually said this, "dont u think i deseve it for all the work i did?" Stupidly we read and trusted google reviews. I'm old enough to kown its a red flag when a company cant provide real life references. As i think back noiw, maybe he needed the 14thousand $$ to get by for 5 months and never really was going to do anything. Lesson learned??? Ask for old fashioned references and CHECK THEM!!!

After a few weeks, I received an email requesting a meeting to discuss what needed to be done. I met with her and her associate to form a plan. I emailed her pictures that were my suggestions for plants that I liked. She replied with a price for the project. I agreed and waited. Finally, in mid May, her associate arrived with some mulch and a small plant. She was gone by the time I got home. I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.

The workers started and instead of ordering top soil by the yard, they brought in multiple bags of soil which I'm sure were more expensive. After completing what they thought was a waterfall, we were totally disappointed. We ended having to show them examples from their own brochure as to what our vision and expectations were. They ended up deconstructing the first waterfall and upon their second attempt, they finally got it right. They've had to come back a few times to fix leaks, other than that, it's a beautiful waterfall. The only reason for 3 stars is that they really need to put their best foot forward on their design of their waterfall. You, as a customer shouldn't have to explain in detail what you expected vs. the product that they delivered.

Alex missed the installation date and gave no notification. He was a bit late on the second date. He did complete the laying of the sod with some corrections to the work. I paid him. Later I found he had left the sod pallets laying on my front lawn. I've called repeatedly to have the pallets picked up but he no longer answers my calls. He did, however answer a call using my wife's phone. He promised a pick up that has never happened. I've lost all trust for this young man and would not recommend him to any one.
