We hired Oklahoma Landscape to address significant drainage issues in our backyard. One of the primary reasons we selected them was their advertised drainage expertise. Their website emphasizes foundation drainage specialists and protecting homes from moisture intrusion and water damage, and Robbie spent considerable time evaluating our property and discussing a plan before work began. Unfortunately, our experience once construction started was very different from what we expected. On the first day, the crew began digging without reviewing the project with us, which resulted in work being performed in the wrong area of the yard. Over the course of the project, portions of the drainage system were repeatedly dug up and reworked due to installation issues. This led to extensive disruption of our yard, damage to areas that did not need to be disturbed, and utility lines being cut during construction. What was expected to be a relatively straightforward drainage project ultimately stretched to nearly a month of ongoing rework and adjustments. Communication from the field crew was limited, and when the project was finished, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the completed system. Most importantly, the drainage issues were not resolved. During the first significant storm after completion, water again pooled against the side of our house and we experienced a water intrusion inside our home. This resulted in damage that required additional remediation and led us to hire another contractor to redesign and correct the drainage work. I will say that Robbie was generally communicative throughout much of the process and was professional in our interactions. However, there was a significant disconnect between what was discussed during planning and what was ultimately executed in the field. In the end, despite the time, cost, and disruption involved, we were left with the same drainage problems we hired the company to solve. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Oklahoma Landscape for drainage projects. (attached photos are of the completed project) read more

Be careful when calling this company up for service they bill every month and continue to bill thru the winter months even when no service is being performed. So to get your lawn sprayed with kelp and fungicide and seeded it will cost you over $900 for a very small front lawn in the suberbs. If you try to cancel the service they are rude hang up on you, and immediately charge your card for the remainder of the year. And the best part your lawn still looks as bad as it did, if not worse from the thatcher and has clumps of dirt all over leaving it uneven and grass is barely growing. read more

We called to have someone come look at our front yard to redesign flower beds and provide an estimate for all new landscaping, mulch, planting..etc. This company wasn't that friendly, was unsure if they would even service our area (Jenks, Bixby, Glenpool) area. They took tons of personal info : address, first and last name, phone, email and description of yard , types of plants we were considering and promised a call back - never heard from them. Too bad cause this would have been a big sale for them , if we were happy with their work we would have let them relandscape our back yard as well. On March 6 2023 Aaron and Blake with Oklahoma Landscape came to our home to discuss putting our backyard in better shape. They told us that they use their in-house employees, which we liked because we do not like to have the work done by subcontractors. We were told Blake would have to do design drawings at $120.00 per house with approximately 15 to 20 hours. They did not say there would be any further cost for design drawings after that. We scheduled a follow up meeting at their office on 3/16/2023 and chose a design. We paid $2,530.00 for the design drawings and asked for a range of what the total project would be and they said they could not give us that information, which we were not comfortable with. Following this meeting we had email discussions where we were told there would be 14 to 16 hours more to design "construction" documents at $120.00 per hour. This was not explained to us in the beginning. I kept asking for an approximate cost of project. Aaron finally said he could not give an amount because he would have to talk to his "subcontractors", where as I said above we chose them because they said they do not sub the work out. Basically it was appearing we we going to be out $5,000.00 or more before we would know what we would be paying overall - in a $300,000.00 to $350,000.00 neighborhood. We told them this from the beginning. We feel like Aaron or Blake were not honest with us from day 1 and mislead us on how the project would proceed. We have had landscapers work for us several times and always had a guide of the process and an approximate costs. Due to their lack of explanation and honesty we want our $2,530.00 back and maybe they will be honest with all their customers. read more

I moved into a home with a backyard waterfall which was not working properly. Oklahoma Landscape got it working well and I learned how to take care of it in the future. The technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will call them again if additional service is needed. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. We did a huge project two years ago with Oklahoma landscape and it was a complete disaster. They were several months late on completion, they were over budget on things and were just horrible overall. We are still having other contractors come back (as recently as last week) to fix things that were not done properly. The owner (Aaron Wiltshire) is a huge talker, but doesn't fix things in a timely manner when they are wrong and is rarely on-site to ensure that his crew is doing good work. These guys are dishonest daytime robbers! We had their guy Eric come out to service our sprinkler system. Terms were - labor plus cost of parts. He had to replace a part, so he went down the street less than a mile from my house to buy the part. When work was almost done, we decided to check where we were with the $$. That's when everything changed. He stated cost of the part was $452...way too high had we bought the part ourselves at the store or online. So I asked him for the receipt...he claimed he didn't have one, since it was electronic, so I asked him to forward the receipt to my email - (btw that was a lie) meanwhile I could see the receipt laying there with total $301.07. For the few minutes run they had added a whopping $150.00 on the cost of the part. He called the owner to complain that I had raised cane regarding the unfair mark up. The owner sided with his technician and claimed the mark up was their overhead cost. Point is - I could have gone round the corner to buy the piece for him to install for much less than $150 in gas and time. Well, we paid them in full, but they lost us as monthly customers and won a spot on the most dishonest company we've ever given our hard earned cash. read more
