Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

We trusted TruGreen to improve our lawn and instead we were left with a yard in worse condition than when we started. We paid over $1,200 for what we believed would be comprehensive lawn care. In reality, all that was done was mosquito spraying and some weed prevention. I expected TruGreen to help keep our lawn healthy and green, but now there's no lawn at all.
