When October arrived, we were given the impression that TruGreen would take care of it -- yet no action was taken. When my husband followed up in November, he was told that we "didn't order" the service. If an additional service was required to prevent our lawn from turning into 90% dirt and mud, why were we not clearly informed? We trusted TruGreen to improve our lawn and instead we were left with a yard in worse condition than when we started. We paid over $1,200 for what we believed would be comprehensive lawn care. In reality, all that was done was mosquito spraying and some weed prevention. I expected TruGreen to help keep our lawn healthy and green, but now there's no lawn at all. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and we will not use TruGreen again.

I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.
