He stayed in touch as to when he was starting and when he was finished, he sent me pictures of the completed job. I was very impressed due to the fact that I'm very OCD when it comes to lawn care on my yard, and Shawn did a great job. Shawn is very good with communication and is a great pleasure to work with. He is willing to do bi-weekly mows, when others would not vary from their weekly service. After a few weeks, I received an email requesting a meeting to discuss what needed to be done. I met with her and her associate to form a plan. I emailed her pictures that were my suggestions for plants that I liked. She replied with a price for the project. I agreed and waited. Finally, in mid May, her associate arrived with some mulch and a small plant. She was gone by the time I got home. I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.
