I initially booked because I was in the process of moving, changing jobs, and in the middle of an over-all upside down life transition. I was having difficulty sleeping and making time for myself. I am so grateful I took an hour of my time to spend on her table. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and gave me a cup of herbal tea. The table was comfortable and she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Then, the magic. I definitely felt the moment my body was at ease as she put warm packs on my joints and I drifted in and out of consciousness. Was it sleep? Deep relaxation? I don't recall, but as a wholistic practitioner myself I can say I hope to send future clients to her to experience what I did. If you are hoping for a flawless tan for an event then book day before but even then better options. Maid of honor & I both noticed feeling swollen / red after application. Both of us had patchy tans despite following all after care religiously. Bride thankfully had a better experience (but she has a natural tan anyway -- so just enhanced it). As per photos, tan is natural looking. But i had a patch on my arm that I was told would wash off with first shower (but didn't) and didn't really get a tan I was happy with. However, that quickly became untrue and having to make an appointment is not something I can do. The owner of the establishment is very nice. However, the people that he has working for them many of them are very rude especially via email. I tried to cancel my account a couple times, but the owner kept insisting that he would work around my schedule, but that didn't happen and I finally decided to quit and never go back. My problem with the facility is just the people who work there are not always very friendly, especially in writing, and also the fact that advertised as walk-in and that was not the case.

I was told that any unused IV drips would roll over into the following months--great! Or so I thought. Fast forward to the end of my six months: I went to cancel my membership and was told that if I canceled, I would lose all of my unused drips. That made no sense to me since I had paid for them month after month and was specifically told they would carry over. The only option I was given was to pause my membership for $10/month for three months to preserve the drips. I did that and used a couple more, but still had a few left. When I asked another staff member if I'd lose those drips after cancellation, she assured me I'd keep them because they were already paid for. So I canceled with confidence--only to find out later that I had just 30 days to use the remaining IVs after cancellation, and now they're gone. This kind of misinformation happened constantly. I got conflicting answers from nearly every staff member I spoke with. The policies were unclear, the contract wording was vague, and communication was poor overall. Aside from that, I also had inconsistent experiences with the nurses. One of them gave me a B12 injection so roughly that it bruised badly. It honestly felt careless. The only good thing I can say is that the massage chairs and oxygen during the IVs were relaxing. But in terms of value, professionalism, and consistency, this place really missed the mark. If you're considering IV therapy, I'd recommend Alpha IV Hydration over Prime IV any day.
