As soon as entered the door I was greeted by Ray Long. This gentlemen was one of the most friendly and helpful person Ive experienced in any retail setting. He was super knowledgeable and just simply nice. This trait is hard to find in this type of setting. This was just minutes before they closed for the day but you couldnt tell by Ray's great attitude. I cant say enough about my xperience at heatwave, this gentlemen is a true asset to this business. As far as the actual sales floor and building, it was top notch, new looking and well organized store.

My friend sits in a very narrow wheelchair so she was able to fit through all the aisles. But I feel like someone in a regular size wheelchair would not be able to.
