They took our money and the day before delivery they called to say they ordered the wrong spa. I was in touch with the Sales Representative and the General Manager, Joanne; neither were able to satisfy the order. I called the owner only to be told the General Manager was handling the problem. Therefore if the owner and manager cannot help us I requested a refund and was told there were no refunds. Seriously be careful as this company does not stand behind their mistakes. I now will have to hire an attorney to get thousands of dollars back.

He fixed it temporarily and told us to keep an eye on it. Kim called just a couple of days later to let me know the new multi-valve converter was in and he wanted to come and replace what was there. These gentlemen were prompt, thorough, professional, and very personable -- oh, and reasonably priced -- I even got a Veteran discount. We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! The managers even came out to make sure the correct flooring had been delivered and supervised the guys getting started! They completed a large living room, dining room & large Master bedroom in two days! Wow! Planning to do the guest rooms down the road and you can bet I'm calling these guys!

The technician repeated the $75 amount, but after he left I see that the charge was almost double that amount because they added a diagnostic fee. Not a real high amount in either case, just don't like the deception. They also told me it would be almost $500 to replace the panel. I called another plumber who replaced the thermostats for a fraction of Beach Plumbing's estimate, and it's running perfectly. Be careful out there.

She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me.
