Inside was dated.
George H.

This place was close to where I was staying, but not impressed. The service was prompt and friendly, but the decor was dated, and the food was not noteworthy at all. My only comment about the food that it was filling but plain. Next time, I will probably look further afield.

Veggie Hash

Great breakfast spot. Seasoned servers and the hostess navigated the packed restaurant like a well oiled machinery. The menu is extensive with creative monthly specials. I had the veggie hash. Definitely worth trying! The balance of salty savory hits the spot.

I've heard alot about this place even though I live in Florida now, bit my parents are regulars and we stopped in after they picked me up at the airport for my Christmas visit. It was busy for a Monday at noonish, and we were seated after a few minutes. I ordered the Poked Yolk, thier signature dish and namesake, which was diced hash browns, with chorizo sausage and cheese mixed and served with two eggs your way, with toast. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the diner coffee was good, and the women working there hustle like hell! The menu was large and I could have eaten 10 other different things.. It all sounded awesome. I dropped a bracelet putting my coat on and as we were pulling out the Waitress ran outside waving my bracelet, is this yours?!? I thanked her, & wished her happy Holidays- I was glad I tipped 30% lol Looking forward to another breakfast here soon during my stay :)

GF berry French toast with bacon

So happy to have a location in the south towns! I've been a few times and always enjoy it here. Great home cooked breakfast options with gluten free bread, pancakes and waffles. It's nice to be able to go out to breakfast and order a special off the menu. The gluten free comes on a special plate so nothing is mixed up. I ordered the berry French toast with bacon. It was delish and portion was perfect. Make sure to try their home made jelly and pick up a punch card on your way out. It's good so you will def be back.

Lumberjack Waffle

We always go to the one on Transit Rd west seneca but we were out that way. It's a lot bigger inside . The lumber jack is our go to ! It was not as crispy and hot as usual, the gravy was hot but not the waffle, it was just warm. Still good! Service was great butwill stick with the 5 star on Transit

Service is rude. Food is okay when it's right. Waiting area is too small. I need 85 characters.

Everything I have had here was delicous, especially the fries! Very small and sometimes a long wait for breakfast but worth it.

Massive menu of burgers, spanning a range of style from thick to smash, flames to griddle, and even typed of meat or non-meat. Quite frankly, if you can't find a burger that calls to you here, you must be very difficult to please. It was a Sunday, and the general area was thumping, this place was about half full and the vibe was relaxed. They're not on the absolutely main drag of Clifton Hill, and honestly, I would hope that benefits them both in price of rent and who might find it easy to wander in. There is paid parking nearby, cheaper than most because to get down to the falls is a bit of a hike. The hike back will be pretty far uphill, but we made it no problem. I love that the sodas come in a giant measuring cup, not much need for a refill, but they do give them complimentary if you ask for one. We started with standard poutine as an appetizer, it was really tasty. Nice flavor on the gravy, and a large amount of cheese curds. Instead of getting more fries as a side, went for a caesar salad. Was surprised to see bacon on it, but I definitely didn't hate that. It was quite good. I got a double smash burger with a nice thick onion ring on it and their version of burger sauce, as well as a spice relish to kick things up a notch. First thing, my patties were smashed very nicely, and there was a clear crispy crust on them. Bravo, I was pretty impressed, and the flavor was robust. I loved the spicy relish, and the bun also complemented the meat well. It was a big burger, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The service, maybe could have been slightly more attentive, but really just took awhile to take our order. Once it was taken, we had no complaints. Very friendly, everything was accurate, and like I said... big drink cups means not a ton of need for refills. I would come back here again on a future visit to the falls.

Very nice girls and we had a party of 6 to accommodate and everything was perfect! For the food, I ordered deviled eggs which were just the perfect egg yolk to mayo ratio. Not overpowering and had great seasonings. The burger was clearly the star of the meal. Lots of options to choose from - bbq, mushroom, black bean, etc. I would like to come back to try more. They also had a fun cocktail menu. I didn't try them but people in my party did and they were very fun and colorful!

A new location and a new look. Off The Wall Sandwich is a sparkling clean and colorful restaurant…read more With vibrant wall art, and striking lighting, the interior has an energetic vibe. This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

The food wasn't mind-blowing, but it was solid. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it was good, even if it's not the top contender for the best. The tater tots were a highlight, and I loved the habanero dipping sauce the server picked out for me. Would I go out of my way for it? Probably not. If I'm nearby, I'd absolutely stop in again to try something else on the menu, which has some great looking options.
