Recently enjoyed an evening on Juniper's patio on a beautiful fall day…read more I also took a peek at the inside, and it's all exposed-brick-charming. We started with cocktails. I got one of their bourbon cocktails which was a solid ok. In retrospect, I feel like at a spot called Juniper, I should have veered toward gin and would should I come again. For our starter, we adhered to our if-there's-brussels-sprouts-on-the-menu-we-must-order-them rule and got the brussels. Served with a lovely sprinkling of chevre, the brussels sprouts are a solid choice. The star of the show, though, was my main. I got the kale and eggs with salmon added (for a $9 upcharge). It was a beautiful blend of kale, bacon, pistachios, squash, and raisins with two sunny side up eggs and the added seared salmon. It was fresh and oh-so-flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient. Get to it!

She let me use her hair tide. We ordered the Bison Burger, and I was a bit hesitant about the sweet onion jam, and so I asked her to put it on the side. It was a bad decision because I put some and wow it was so delicious the meat mixed with the sweet jam went together so well. The kids' pizza was pretty big. The bread for appetizers was just right.

We came here for a birthday celebration tonight, a Sunday. There were four couples. We were sat…read moreright away (I believe we had reservations) at a nice corner half booth. It has a nice ambience. Inside are a combination of booths, half booths, low and bar height tables, dark wood, with a nice semi-circular bar with a nice, semi-circular metal decoration that was filled with artificial plants, wine bottles, and small kegs. There was a wine rack accent wall on the right. It is located in downtown Boise at the corner of Idaho and 8th St along restaurant row. Our server was Matthew B, and while he was a nice guy, he did not provide good service. It took him a while to get to our table, then after we ordered drinks, it took too long to get them. We then ordered appetizers but he didn't take our dinner orders. We waited too long for the appetizers, and then we ordered our dinners, which also took a while to come out. Runners brought our food out, not Matthew. He did not to refill the women's sodas, we had to ask. He did bring another glass of wine to one of the men, but that was because he was signaled. He did not ask the other people that ordered beer and cocktails if they wanted another. We never had our water glasses refilled. We told him about the birthday celebration, and all he said was, if we ordered dessert, he would put a candle on it. What? Most places serve a complimentary dessert for a birthday celebration. He also took too long to bring us our checks. We're all good tippers. We gave him 15%; he didn't deserve it. The food was OK, not spectacular, but overpriced. As far as the apetizers, the asparagus fries were not that flavorful, though nicely crusted. The cauliflower was just OK, likewise the chicken wings. I did like the honey and balsamic grilled brussel sprouts. Speaking for my wife and I, she liked the BAM Sammy. The side salad was average. I ordered the Urban Burger. While the patty was cooked well, it was small. I can get a bigger, better burger that costs less at any number of restaurants we frequent, including a few near us (we live in Star). I did like the fries. Crispy, with I believe Parmesan cheese coating them. My friend said his smoked salmon salad was just OK. We found it very loud, and difficult to hear each other in conversation. Needless to say, we have no plans to return to Fork.

Came to Eureka! to have lunch with my dear friend to celebrate my birthday. The last time I was…read morehere which was a while ago, I had a nice salad and dessert. The dessert was missing a major component to it. It was good but you can tell it wasn't complete. My last visit didn't hit the 5 star mark but today I had a feeling that it was going to be great! We were early and got first dibs on a table on the patio. The day was beautiful so sitting outside was perfect. I appreciate the big umbrellas that created nice shade. We checked out the menu while a diet soda was grabbed for my friend. We both decided on the Eureka! burger for lunch. Both of us got it lettuce wrapped with fries of course. Since we were so early, food was brought out pretty quickly. Our burgers looked fabulous! My burger patty was cooked nicely and wasn't dry. The lettuce, tomato and onions were so fresh. I appreciate the beautiful char marks on my onion. And the cheese was nice and melty. I demolished that whole burger! Everything about that burger was great! And the fries... the fries. Being a potato lover from Idaho, these fries were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and nicely salted. For dessert, I got the peanut butter pie. And since it was my birthday, I got a free scoop of ice cream. My server was super sweet and added a birthday candle to my dessert. That was really kind of him to take time out of servering his other tables to do that for me. That small gesture sure did make my time there that much more amazing! The peanut butter pie is a must if you order dessert! It was rich but not overwhelming. You can taste the chocolate and peanut butter but neither one overpowered the other. And it wasn't overly sweet so it was easy to polish that gem off without having to guzzle a gallon of milk. It was rich but I was committed and ate the whole thing. I had such a lovely time today. The food was so good! My dessert was fantastic! Our server was attentive, kind and wonderful. The weather couldn't have been better for us to enjoy our lunch outside. I had a memorable time at Eureka! today and I look forward to replicating this day very soon!

Rigatoni Braised local beef + black garlic-truffle butter + roasted local mushrooms + spinach +…read morepickled red onion + lemon crema. That is the description of what I ordered for their handmade fresh pasta rigatoni that I got. Let me just say that all these flavors that they put into one dish were absolutely amazing. I really did not think they needed to have the spinach and mushrooms. Because the lemon crema and the Gorgonzola cheese were absolute phenomenal the braze beef was just to die for. This is a very small restaurant and there's only so many tables to get. I was able to sit at the bar which Aisha was the bartender. He did an amazing job and really helped lead me to my order of ordering the rigatoni. I had a beer with dinner and I did not order dessert. If you need to go to the bathroom, there is a door that leads outside the restaurant to the bathroom the weight was a little bit long for it, and luckily a neighboring coworker was able to lead me to their bathroom. I highly recommend checking out this place just because of the handmade pasta, which was something of a unique taste because it was well worth the price

My friend, who graduated from BSU with her MSW, and whose graduation we obviously attended, found…read morethis location. She was drawn to this location not only due the reviews but that they had the option of accommodating those with dietary restrictions. We were all excited to be there for the food but to also celebrate her. Booking the tables was quite an ordeal, but we managed. Unfortunately, at last minute, she learned that two members of her family that were supposed to attend, elected not to. As she did not find out until later in the day, she would not have been able to provide adequate time to contact them to let them now of the changes. I do want to share that overall, the experience was fantastic. Justin was a great server and the food and drinks were delicious. We did not get pictures of everything, but we ordered the following: Bucatini alle Vongole, Rigatoni, Blood Orange Bellini, (non-alcoholic) Limoncello Spritz, Lemon-Raspberry Tiramisu, and Pistachio Florentine Cannoli. I checked in with the others in our party, and they also indicated that the food was fantastic and the service wonderful. The concern we had was how some of our party was treated. This occurred on the evening on Friday, May 8, 2026. As mentioned, two members of her family elected not to join at the last minute. My friend and her wife relayed this to the hostess. My friend offered to try to squeeze into the booth with her other family members. The hostess then looked her and her family members up and down (with her face distorted in judgement), and said "you can try." My friend and her wife elected to sit at another table with two of her friends leaving the other table that had been reserved available (which was filled within 20 minutes by another party). This hostess then went over to the table where my friend is sitting and places her hand on the table, but I could not discern what was said. I find that type of behavior abhorrent. It is not only distasteful, but also makes patrons wonder if that is how this restaurant, this business, is run. If she is the first person you encounter, the face of this restaurant, the first impression - it does not bode well. There are some that may read this and think I am exaggerating, but I did note earlier, that the rest of our service was wonderful and the food divine. I do hope that whoever at the restaurant does monitor these reviews, really takes this feedback into consideration as I am sure that they do not want to be known as a space that shames patrons.

The thing that jumped out at me was the photo of the burger, now call me crazy but I think at this point I can look at a menu, photos of food and then the reviews to guide me. Yelp hasn't failed me yet! The first thing was walking in the door there were two hostess who smiled and greeted me. We were seated at the bar since there were just two of us. I ordered the Crave burger with bacon and my guest ordered the house salad with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! The burger was juicy, flavorful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, Smokey and the white cheddar cheese was the perfect compliment! Now let's talk about the bun, I typically don't eat burger buns but this one was the exception to the rule. It was homemade obviously, buttery, light, and toasted to perfection. I ate both of them! Hahahaha! I felt so dirty typing that the French fries were crispy, just the right amount of salty and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. My guest agrees with everything in this review. The house salad was fresh, the vinaigrette was homemade and delicious and the tortilla soup was even great! The ambience was a place you could have a business meeting or take your significant other on a date night. There is literally something for everyone on their crave-able menu ( see what I did there?) Our server who was the bartender kept our glasses full and made sure he checked on us often. I found my new burger spot in Eagle, Idaho?!?! Five stars.
