My first here time was today, and I ended up buying three knives. The Good thing about this store is that it has a very large selection of knives and swords. Some inexpensive blades and some high quality knives such as Spyderco knives. The bad thing about this store is that none of the blades have visible price stickers on them, so you have to wait to for the employee to check the prices on the knives that you are interested in. This is a problem when one employee is working the store all by himself and he is busy dealing with several customers. I waited for 15 mins before he could help me out, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My suggestion to store owner is to affix visible price stickers on the items. As someone who was just wanting a regular pocket knife, I had a very positive experience. The guys at the counter were nice, and helped me with the knife that I was looking at. More importantly, I was fearful that they would be severely overpriced; but the prices weren't horrible. I got a standard-sized pocket knife that looks like a dagger even though it is only sharp on one side for $18.99 plus tax for reference. I've seen some negative reviews in the past; but I had a good experience at least, as I was the only person in the store who was looking to purchase something at the time. You do need to ask for the price, however, since they are not posted. read more

Took the family to the dells last October (2021) and found this store. The kids found some fun cosplay swords. Staff was friendly, store was what one would expect. I did not have a poor experience with the staff as others indicated. We actually visited the store twice during our weekend and different staff on both occasions and both visits were good interactions. read more

Last night, as I walked in, there were two guys loudly conversing about forcefully kicking people out if they refuse the mask policy. I was walking towards the counter with my friends- the worker immediately walked up and handed me a mask despite the fact that I had a fabric face covering, which i pointed out to him. He smuggly said, "THAT'S NOT GONNA STOP PARTICLES FROM GETTING THROUGH," as if he's a scientist who just tested the theory. I immediately left. This staff is rude and apparently think they're a mix between the bouncers in Roadhouse and mask police. I plan to tell everyone who goes to the dells to avoid this place at all costs. read more

I came to this store at the urging of my 6th grade son and his friend. If they were in charge of our Dells trip, we would have camped out on the floor here the whole weekend! We started out with Mike helping us. He was utterly patient with the two boys, answering question after question about the knives and swords, making sure he had my full permission before offering up any of the more dangerous swords. We were there at least a half hour the first time and he never made them feel anything but valued customers, even when we left without buying anything. When we came back, Mike even hugged my son. These kids were so enamored with him and the treatment they were given, it was like a new family friend. Mike had to go to dinner (booo!) so another regular worker was there, a gentleman whose name escapes us, but also very polite and respectful and knowledgeable. My son and his friend both ended up with $28 foam swords because us moms were like, um, no to the very realistic metal ones. I have no idea if the prices were high because I am not knowledgeable about these products. I took off a star because so many of the products were not visibly marked with a price. Although, like I said, they were very responsive to specific "how much does that cost" price questions and "what can you show me in the $30 price range" questions. read more

Im a man with a love for the blade......knives, weapons, things that cut . I got excited walking down the strip when I saw this place and the boy in me ran to see what new toy I could buy. My girlfriend trying to catch up yelling "ut oh" because she knew I would be spending most of my cash at this spot. 2min after I entered I was about to leave. The cases were barely full and the products that were on display were the type of things you see in cheap catalogs or gas stations. A few buck knifes and some weird goth axes mixed with odd nik naks..... I was hoping to find some higher end knives but what I found was cheap, overly priced, tacky products. I left with my lip in sad mode. knife and weapon lovers dont get excited when you see the sign....go in with low expectations otherwise you will be disappointed. read more

Was in the dells with some friends one wanted to check it this shop, mind you, my group is the only 5 people in the store. My girlfriend (I'm also a girl) had her arm around my waist and mine was around her shoulders. She said something to me so, I pulled her in, kissed her temple laughed and told her I loved her. The guy working in the store looked at us and was like "hey, this is a family store". We both laughed it off thinking he was kidding. However after a few minutes of his glare stare on me, I quickly realized he was not joking. I didn't say I word and removed myself from the store. Good idea buddy let's piss someone off in the middle of a weapons store. Unreal. Been a long time since someone has ran their mouth. Dude was just lucky my girlfriend wouldn't let me buy the sling shot at the store next door. Not only that but they're selection is comical. I'd rather tour the top secret house again than enter this store again. ( to understand how awful the top secret house, is see the reviews, the reviews won't disappoint!) No visible prices on the swords and a creepy employee who would yell at me for just looking at the price. I watch plenty of anime to know how to handle a blade so I don't need a creep to grab each sword just to tell me how over priced their garbage is! 0/10 will never visit again read more

I really like this place, it is pretty cool and I would recommend visiting when you are in the Dells or have spare time.

My husband and I stopped in here with all 4 of our children. The kids and my husband loved it! They had a ton of things in Stock and the employee(Big Mike) was very knowledgable and helpful. There was something in every price range and we were able to get some souvenirs for the kiddos. Fun place and will stop again when in the Dells! read more

After coming out of Ripley's my son was very excited to see what this place has to offer. Looked around for 20 minutes and became interested in some items in their glass case. Waited patiently for almost 20 minutes at the counter while the male clerk talked up a customer. Then my son walked up politely and asked if one of the two clerks standing at the front of the counter could help us but without even making eye contact was told I'm busy be there in a minute. My son walked back and I stood there with him for almost ten minutes and I had enough. I was prepared to buy some items but I told my son and other company let's go. Without even an apology as we were leaving I would not recommend this place. I hope this helps out other people to not get treated like this. Thank you. read more

These other reviewers should be ashamed of themselves, "The Point" is clearly what they both missed when reviewing this store. I am a long time customer to the Dells as well as this store; they are not only a typically well stocked store but also a well staffed one. My family ALWAYS has a good interaction as well as considers the items a well balanced offering of all things tactical and weaponology related. I easily drop a couple hundred every time I walk in there and for reference to those concerned; I always get a really good deal, because I do my research and know their pricing is not only less than what you pay at any other knife shop but you get a much higher quality product than any of the other "souvenir" shops on the strip. Sometimes people do have bad experiences in stores, it happens, but this store does its level best at providing a safe, fun and educational environment when shopping for our bladed collections. read more
