I've been staying here a few times for business. This last time they charge me $21 for a blanket that was supposedly in the closet that I never opened. When I called to dispute the charge and let them know that I didn't even open the closet or this supposed brown blanket was. They pretty much told me I was out of luck. I asked if I should be asking them to inventory the room upon my arrival and my departure and they said it's not necessary. I said is it possible the staff forgot to put the blanket in the closet? They said no, we do weekly room checks and our staff does not make that mistake. Definitely won't be staying there again and I have passed the message along to all my coworkers to also not stay there. I've always enjoyed my time there but for some reason they think I wanted a brown closet blanket. read more

alright let's start with the fact they don't properly clean prep stations so you get disinfectant food which is great! The food is also terribly bland like they are cooking for old folks home. only food that's good is the baked goods. they threw away over 100 pies for thanksgiving instead of donating to local shelters or the tribe. This place needs some serious investigations. behind how they treat staff and the quality of food and service. they cancel the employee Christmas celebration and instead of giving the employees a little party in the conference room they sent everything to the tribe. what a joke and no matter they're employee turn over is so high. At first, reading some of the other reviews had me a little worried about this place. But, I quickly realized that most of the disgruntled reviews were from people trying to party in the wrong part of the hotel. Anyways, back to the hotel. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. She was very nice and explained all the hotel amenities along with any applicable hours of operations for casino bars and food spots. The hotel itself looked and smelled new. It had a nice flow to its layout and seemed well built. Upon entering my room, I was surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the room. The room had ample space and had a very welcoming feel to it. The linens on the bed were soft and the bed itself was very comfortable. Actually, the room chair and lounger were also very comfortable. The flat screen TV was very nice and had pretty good picture quality. I was pleasantly surprised by a mini fridge under the TV to keep my drinks cool. The bathroom itself was also very nice and well built. The towels were adequate for hotel towels, nothing special here. What I did think was great was the rain style shower. The only thing I thought that was out of place during my entire stay was the coffee brewer. It's kept in the bathroom, about 7 feet from the toilet. It seems wrong in my head, but maybe it's just me. This is a beautiful hotel close to Poulsbo, WA. Classy and modern and very clean. Happy with the size of the bathroom and it has a great rainfall shower head. We will try the restaurant tomorrow as the food looked amazing as we walked by. Casino is close by and they had lots of fun machines. Definitely would stay here again read more

Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff is friendly. We like staying here, they send us reduced room rate offers for $49 a night, can't pass that up. The rooms are fairly new, and very modern. The shower looks cool, but the water pressure blows, good luck getting shampoo out of your hair. Not fond of the casino itself, no keno, slot selection is limited. The main circle bar is ok, I like to watch sports and the TV size blows. They have this "Boom Room" with big screens, but I have yet to see it open since we've stayed here 3 times. read more

I've stayed at many hotels and hotels/casinos. Some were mediocre and some I will advise my friends to never stay at but never have I had to write a bad yelp review on. I hate writing negative reviews but the staff at this so called hotel were rude to my whole family that people must be warned. I was at first really excited to stay at this hotel for my cousin's wedding. She blocked rooms for her guests so I expected to be near friends and family. But then I discovered some of them were put in rooms far away from us. When I asked about this at checkout the front desk told me the block is not guaranteed. So whats the point then if it not guaranteed?!?!? Then at night time the VIP suite got noise complaints from people around us. Well the people around us are from are party so that was a lie. They then sent up security who ended up being rude to the bride and groom on their WEDDING NIGHT!!! And tried to kick them out. After we agreed to go downstairs to their club the same security guy came and followed us like a total creeper. It almost ruined the night but we tried to make the best of it since our day started off with a beautiful wedding. Long story short, I will never stay at this hotel again and advise others to do the same especially if you're in the are for a wedding. We came to this hotel for a wedding, and everything that could go wrong, did. First off, rooms were supposed to be blocked so that we were all grouped together, and they were not. The point of blocking a group of rooms is to minimize noise complaints, is it not?? We had family scattered throughout the entire hotel. Since the hotel failed to do this, Don, head of security came to the presidential suite to inform the room they were too loud. As we tried to explain our situation, Don spoke in a very demeaning manner to the newly weds, as well as the family that was trying to get the situation under control. As those who were in the presidential suite exited the room, to go down to the Boom Boom room (the club down at the casino) Don then FOLLOWED us down there and attempted to create another unnecessary scene. It made no sense as to why when we had complied to leave the room so that noise would be contained, he felt the need to follow us and continue to ruin the newly wed's night. Upon checkout, front desk staff weren't very helpful in what they could do to compensate us for the terrible service we were given. Not to mention, there isn't much to do at this place other than gamble or drink. No pool, the club had a live band as opposed to a DJ, and you need a hotel key card to go up the elevators, which I think is a great idea, except for the fact it didn't work half the time and I got stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes multiple times. The rooms also don't have a microwave, which would've been nice to heat up left over food from the downstairs cafe. Overall, do not recommend and would have loved to stay somewhere else. read more

The service is horrible at The Point. The staff are rude and the head of security, Don, could not have been more unprofessional. We checked in late Saturday night and although there were two employees, only one was helping guests check in. When it was finally our turn, I did not get a friendly vibe at all. We mentioned that we were there for a wedding and that a block had been reserved (since before the hotel was even fully finished being built) and if we could check on the 10% discount and she answers with "Oh, I don't know. I've been on vacation so I know nothing." This block of reserved rooms also did NOT end up being a block together at all- we were spread all throughout the hotel because "they were down two house maids." We wanted a block of rooms together to avoid any noise complaints since we were celebrating a wedding in the VIP guest suite followed by going to the Boom Room for dancing. When Don came up from head of security to notify the group of the noise complaint, he ended up screaming AT THE BRIDE, saying that he is kicking everyone out, everyone in the party. That is about 40+ rooms of the hotel (out of the 90 total rooms) that he was threatening to kick out. Don said the VIP suite (which was about $350/night with a room, player suite, bar, and kitchen area) can only have two people in it. He said the noise complaints came from next door... no chance. Everyone down the hall was aware of the wedding celebration and partook in some form. Don used words like "dude" and laughed at the Bride and Groom's faces when they tried to contact the Marketing Director, taunting them by saying "oooh are you trying to get me fired? I'm not losing my job. We already have your money, I'm kicking you guys out." When we finally thought things were settled, we moved to the Boom Room since we had 30 seats reserved to dance and avoid any noise complaints in the hotel itself. After about 10 minutes, Don followed and tried starting another altercation, preventing us from going on the dance floor and didn't give us ANY reason for why we weren't allowed to head down to our reserved area. It was all so disappointing and although a few of the staff was trying to figure things out, it was just a ridiculous night. Thank you to the staff that truly tried. What a beautiful experience. It has been quite some time since my husband and I had a date night. This is a very clean and comfortable room. The amenities are absolutely perfect. Wow and the shower is something you would expect from a 300.00 a night room, but no... Really affordable. The food is absolutely delicious. We even had to get extra macaroni and cheese to take home. I had the biscuits and gravy for breakfast...some of the best I've ever had and the full order was perfect for the husband and I to share. Everyone should definitely check it out...you feel like your on vacation, without having to go far from home. read more

This is for the hotel as a whole. The rooms are very nice and I would give them 5 stars. Beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is very nice as well. The shower is a glass walk in and has an overhead rainfall type and a wall head that is interesting. The cable channels are ok at best. Why is it so many "upscale" hotels have such crappy channels? The food options that are part of the hotel/casino, here vary from decent price to very expensive. The buffet is only open Wednesday through Sunday and that is ignorant to say the least. The grill is border line expensive for me but probably not for this area. Food was good there and the staff friendly. The other restaurant was WAY out of my price range so cannot comment on the food. The rooms themselves is what elevated this to a four star rating and not a three. read more

This hotel doesn't even deserve a one star rating! Stayed here for two nights to attend my niece's wedding and their service was sooo disappointing! Encountered a not so friendly hotel staff at check in! Around 10pm we were by the lobby and security approached us and advised us that 10pm is curfew and quiet zone!!!! Ridiculous !!!! Quiet zone in a casino hotel! Lol !!! That's the first time I was told you're not allowed to laugh around with friends in a casino hotel cause it's already 10pm!!! The most disappointing and frustrating experience was the encounter with security staff after the wedding . The bride and groom were celebrating with cousins and friends in the presidential suite and DON , head of security with two other staff with him knocked on their door. The whole incident which turned out into a big argument .... and fight with security ruined the night! DON was so rude the whole time even threatening us that he will kick us all out of the hotel. The party agreed to just go down and continue the celebration in the little club in the casino .... and after 15 minutes , Don with his staff follows the group and starts another argument . What a jerk !!!! I'm on my way to the airport to catch my flight back to LA while writing this review ... I want to be sure not to forget before I go back to my busy schedule at work. I want everyone to know this place is a total waste of money ! I RATE THIS HOTEL ZERO!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! The rooms were nice, loved the shower. The part that irked me was on check out we were told that the discount code that was used for a wedding party was not accepted cause we did not call in to use the code, we used it when booking online. Also we sat down in the cafe for full service breakfast at 10:55am. One waitress told me she will be right over to take our order. Then 8 minutes later, ifs after 11:00am when they stop serving breakfast that another waitress came over and told me its after 11:00am and they aren't serving breakfast. I told her someone else said they'd be right over, but she didnt care and wouldn't let us order. Needless to say, that soured the trip. read more

Not RV overnighter friendly anymore. They changed. Got permission to overnight on the phone before I came and in person at the security desk. Was woke very early and told the night manager was incorrect. I talked to the day head of security & they will talk to them to make sure they all know RV'ers are not welcome. Too bad because it's a nice casino, would have been a good stop for RV travelers. Didn't get to try the food because was woke and asked to move before the restaurants opened. read more

We decided to try this place out because we wanted to go someplace new to celebrate our anniversary, and the reviews looked pretty good. Checking in was great, the place looks and smells brand new. The room was very nice upon arrival. We had decided on the suite because it had the jetted tub but to our disappointment the stopper didn't work so water kept draining out of the tub. We tried every which way to get it to not drain out but there was clearly something wrong with the stopper. So no nice, luxurious soak in the tub. :( Also, the bedside plug in didn't work so we couldn't charge anything on one side. Not sure if they are still working out the bugs on opening or if we just had bad luck that day? Hoping they get everything worked out soon. We really wanted to love the place! :) read more

This hotel is fairly new and it was a blessing. We didn't have a place to stay for the evening as we were headed towards Canada. All other places were full because it was a holiday weekend. Luckily for us when we called this place they had plenty of rooms. The hotel staff was very nice and a pleasure to chat with. They even told some places we might be interested in visiting. The room itself was a nice 2 queen bed room. Everything still looked nice a clean. The bathroom didn't have a tub but it did have a huge standing waterfall-ish type shower with jets on the wall. Thanks to this place we were able to get a good nights sleep and finish our trip to Canada. read more

We came to enjoy the Bee Gee's gold event. We had a warm greeting at the front desk. On our way to our room a young man cleaning the carpets was friendly and told us to enjoy our stay. Center lounge Brandi and Stephanie took good care of us. We really enjoy the intimacy of the music venue and will be back. read more

It's a smaller but cozy casino and wished they had a bigger non smoking but like some of the older machines there. Nice to catch a bit to eat in Julia's Cafe or take a friend and get in on the buffet on Wednesdays when there is a 2 for 1. Not a big table game player but met a few nice and professional dealers there, pretty good for such a small casino. Hotel feels pretty quiet and clean and also was told they are pet friendly which is a really nice feature. read more

My friends an I came in from out of town and had a very good time at this hotel/casino. The staff was great and attentive. We did have some noise issues from a wedding group that night, the hotel has a zero noise policy starting at 10 pm. When we notified the front desk staff, they were able to address this issue. I appreciate a hotel who has a zero noise policy as that is why I am at a hotel.... to sleep. We did party it up in the casino but we're glad to go back to a quite room. read more

I wanted to update my review of the hotel as I just spoke with David, the director of the hotel operations. I appreciate his response and providing not only a full refund, but an offer to stay with them again at no charge. He was sincerely apologetic and I am encouraged to know the situation is being dealt with. It was explained to me that the staff is being re-trained on how to handle a situation when a customer has had a bad experience. For me it was more about how the problem was handled when I brought it to the attention of the staff, rather than the situation with the noise itself. Problems will occur, especially at a new business, but the response to those problems are what is important. Additionally it is my understanding the noise from the club is vehemently being addressed and corrected. I am willing to give the hotel and its staff another try and I recommend you give them a chance as well. I look forward to giving them a 5 star review after my next visit! read more

This was my third stay in the hotel since they opened. I have noticed a real change in how the staff get and respond to their customers. What a positive change! The motel is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. This is not a huge resort motel! Very nicer and quiet. There is no pool-no hot tubs, but it's very nice. The one thing I cannot deal with is the coffee maker, cups and glasses on the counter in the bathroom. Pretty gross place to have it. read more

Made my reservation online, showed up at 3:45 pm, and they said my room was not ready, No biggie, as the site says 4 pm. 4:15, room not ready. 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:15....we kept getting told, oh sorry, they're still cleaning! I had a senior with me and a blind dog......sorry, not waiting anymore. No offense, you don't make customers wait 2 hrs and why are rooms still not cleaned at 5:30 pm? BAD! read more

Update: After speaking to the front desk supervisor who was very helpful. The issue with the charge is in the process of getting resolved. I have not yet stayed so cannot comment on the hotel accommodations. But the people that have been helping to resolve the issue have all been very helpful and pleasant. read more

Husband and I decided to stay at the hotel for a wedding being held at the event center. We arrived to the hotel a little early and let the front desk know we were early and to our surprise our room was ready, which was wonderful so we were able to settle in before the ceremony. Room was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the first floor and the only weird thing when we first walked towards the first floor rooms is the locked door that requires your room key to get to the rooms, you don't see that at other hotels but its pretty nice not having casino goers constantly walking up and down the halls. Yea, wish they had a pool, so hopefully if they do decide to expand the hotel they could possibly add a pool.
