WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND CROOKS! I am absolutely appalled by the insincere, incompetent and downright stupidity of this place!!! My sister brought her laptop in to be repaired on March 18 2020. When it was returned THE FREAKING BOTTOM HAD BEEN REMOVED AND THE IDIOTS REFUSE TO PUT IT BACK! the drives and wires are exposed and are HANGING OFF THE DEVICE! When we complained, they called the police! $280 bucks and I could have accomplished the same thing by throwing the freaking thing down a flight of stairs! This place is the best! I am willing to drive 35min to get to this pod drop because there customer service is outstanding!!!!! I have taken many phones there in different stages of disrepair and the guys that work there have always been great and fast. One time I took my phone to get the ear piece speaker repacked and when I went to pick my phone up, the young man told me that there was no change because nothing needed to be replaced, that in fact it just needed to be cleaned. They didn't even change me a cleaning fee. read more

The screen on my Motorola Droid took a beating and lost. Actually, I put it in my back pocket and sat down - ooops! I ordered a new glass, but I haven't had the time to monkey with it, so I figured I'd drop it off somewhere to get it replaced. An hour and a half and $55 later, it's as good as new. I have use this location several times over the past few years. Always a stellar experience. But my most recent experience was 180° different. I didn't find out until afterwards but this location is now under NEW OWNERSHIP. Had a cracked screen replacement to be done on a working iPhone 7. After the repair was made the device was used for about one hour before it started blinking and the screen went out completely. I brought it back the next day and they took it apart again only to be told that I must have dropped it and caused further damage. Absolutely untrue! After that I was told that when they put a new screen and parts can swell. Sounded preposterous as I have had other screens replaced and other devices in the past and never had that experience nor been told that. Of course they offered to quote me for repair but it was ballparked to be more than the phone was worth as I could get a new one from my plan for free simply by signing on for an additional term. So that's the route I took. I did ask the owner to refund me for the repair which he refused to do. Even though written on the wall it says that their work is guaranteed. One of the worst examples of customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. It was clear that Doing a quick Google search on the topic I found threads that said that if the phone is taking a part in properly the display can be affected by something as simple as a loose connection when it is reassembled. I couldn't find anything at all about parts swelling. So further evidence that that is BS. The funny thing is when I took the device back it was no longer working at all. That is it was powered up previously and I would've been able to plug it in and harvest the information but after they looked at it the second time it would not even power up so we lost the information in that phone. So by bringing it back the second time they not only could not solve the problem but they made it worse. After this experience in finding out that this is a new ownership I would avoid this place at all costs! UPDATE: Most of my previous review focused on an iPhone 7 which I had the screen replaced on and they destroy the functionality of it. On the same visit I also had a very old iPod battery replaced. Since that it happened my kid was saying that the battery did not charge very well and frequently lost power without notice. I kind of paid it no mind. Super friendly, super knowledgeable staff. I brought two phones up here and they fixed them both in about a half an hour for pretty cheap. Let's say I have two iPhones in mint condition for less than $150 now. Seriously hats off to these fellas at the Fraser POD DROP. I haven't been this satisfied after a purchase in awhile. read more

I am so impressed with this business, they are skilled professionals. I brought in a broken screen on a 17" Tablet/Slate brought it in on Tuesday and picked it up by Friday...I contacted 5 other repair shops they were convinced they couldn't find the part and repairing it was doubtful. Spent over 700 in the last 18 months there but I won't ever go back. It's to much of a gamble with my money. Went there had screen replaced. After completed it was acting up. Oddly when it was cracked it was operating fine.....It was really sad that it didn't even work right when the guy at counter tried it. Unfortunately he claimed it was just sensitive because it was new and an I-phone 7. I do blame the cheap manufactured screen but for the ten bucks it cost I'd of even given just to have it fixed right. Paid a hundred and got screwed go there at your own risk. Apple at least backs there products. Headed to apple tomorrow. Lesson learned. Also the actions of one dumb employee should not reflect on the entire company but the other two within ear shot of the conversation didn't even bother to get involved so talking further was a waste of time. I've never left a bad review before in my life and I also have way better things to do than try to get a screen fixed that's not cracked without there being something really wrong...... that should have been the first clue. Not one to ever leave reviews but I just want to keep the public aware of how unprofessional the employees handle product here. Staff does not know how to properly repair phones without causing internal damage. Example, the gentleman here replaced the glass on my phone. Front and back. While doing so, completely mishandled my battery and my phone had to be completely replaced now. I highly do not recommend. Highly do not recommend for your pockets safely. read more

All the guys here are super honest and won't rip you off. Verizon tried to tell me my front facing camera had water damage so I took it to the pod drop and they told me it wasn't water damage and it was just a rubber ring that's around the lens that had been pushed over. The guy told me to not waste my money paying them but to use my warranty on the phone because if I sent it back to the factory no water damage would show. I took my iPhone 5c there about a week ago for the glass and the actuall screen I had minor problems with calibration and my charging outlet today My phone screen went black I could talk to Siri turn my volume up and down I tryd factory resetting it and got nothing finally about 2 hours later my anger got the best of me I threw my phone at the wall shatterd the glass once again and the screen came back on once I picked it back up believe it or not im going up there tomorrow to see what they can do for me I do not want to pay out of pocket I don't care what they say if they work with me and fix it I'll wright a good review but untill the I give them -5 stars yes negative 5 read more

This place was very helpful. My son dropped his iPod touch down the stairs and broke the screen. They fixed it in one day for $65. Too bad he dropped it a month later ad destroyed the video board...had to get another iPod, as it wasn't worth fixing. I'll always check with these guys if I need something electronic fixed. read more

Awesome. External hard drive USB port busted off circuit board. Thought I lost all data. They welded USB port back on and transferred data to new external hard drive. All was done in finished with in half a day. Highly recommended read more
