That kept everyone else entertained while they were waiting their turns. The young man that set up the nerf station and dealt with the kids really did a great job. The kids all respected and listened to him. Also, i had made a playlist of music. Turns out i didn't even need it because they brought music that went well with the nerf battle! Dimitry, the owner was a great community. With quick responses. They were prompt showing up and it was all super easy. Highly recommend!

I was not participating in any activities, so I didn't purchase a wristband for myself. Despite explaining this, staff told me I needed to pay or leave. Being asked to leave while trying to supervise a child with special needs felt really discouraging. I told staff she has autism and needs to be supervised, and they repeated that I need a wristband and asked me to leave. I encourage Off The Wall to consider accommodations for disabilities. I filed a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of US Department of Justice about my visit around 11am on March 29, 2026. Families with disabled children who need close supervision should be aware of this policy before visiting. We won't be back.

The machines break, but attendants are easy to find and generous, and the whole ticket reward system seems to be broken as there is a huge gap between what you think you win and what appears on the card. My wife is very competitive and out if the sux games we played, we ended up at the counter for games that didn't start were jammed or didn't pay out. Nonetheless, it's part if the nostalgia, and worth coming back to. Huge kudos to the floor technicians.
