New arrival in Yaphank. First visit was for a regular cheese pie. Picked it up for $24, brought it home and the three of us ate one slice each, no one took a second. We ended up throwing out the remaining 5 slices! Yes, it was that bad...and I can eat just about ANY pizza! Second visit we tried to "dine-in" for lunch, and two of us ordered specialty slices, they looked good in the window, fresh and un-cut. Well, the pie-guy took out OLD slices from underneath and heated those up! They arrived dried out and disgusting. I was in shock that I didn't get a slice from the newer pie behind the glass. I ate it and threw away the burnt crust. Sorry - two strikes and you're out with me...there will never be a third visit! read more

A friend took me here while I was visiting and I'm so glad she did! The space is beautiful, clean and modern. There's tons of indoor and outdoor seating, and a nice bar area. If you don't want to sit down, they have a grab and go counter too. Since there were four of us, we split several different types of pizza and an appetizer. We tried the Whipped Ricotta Toast, which had hot honey and chili flakes on it. It was creamy and delicious. For our pizzas, we got the Vodka Margherita, Bruschetta and Uncle Benny, which had mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage and hot honey. All three were fantastic! The vodka sauce was perfection, the Bruschetta was fresh and the Uncle Benny was the perfect meat pie. Everything was delicious and our server was so friendly. Definitely a great spot! read more

Great location, went for happy hour, beautiful bar with inside and outside seating. Nice happy hour menu with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially our bartender Breanna who was a pleasure to spend some time with, very informative and helpful with menu choices,attentive and engaging with conversation, just a great personality, making our experience enjoyable and looking forward to coming back. Love my Pizza. Stopped here after hearing I had to try it, and I was not let down. Although I only came in for a slice I was beyond happy. The staff were quick, super helpful and friendly. The variety provided was amazing, and even though I didn't get a fresh pie from the oven the slices in the case were fresh and tasted amazing. I will be coming back to enjoy their half indoor/outdoor bar which seems to be a hit for happy hour. This place is perfect for just grabbing a slice, hanging out with friends or a casual date night. read more

I had my first trip to the Pizzeria in Yaphank and I was very pleased. Great Open floor plan and bar with many windows and indoor/outdoor seating. The staff is about as friendly and quick as it gets. The pizza is about the best you can get this far east in Suffolk and the Buffalo wings, although not my style "breaded" did have a good sauce. I recommend coming here. If I could do decimal points I'd give it a 4.7! read more

Having been to a few of the Pizzeria locations this one is one of my favorites so far ! Great staff service was great, tried something new this time around buffalo cauliflower app and shrimp parm hero both were delicious. They have an outside bar which was a nice addition. Overall fun vibe this will be a new spot in my restaurant rotation for sure. read more

Walked in and got a perfect table no wait on a Saturday night! Our waiter Anthony included our grandson in every option instead of ignoring the child at the table. Nice music not too loud to talk. But the food! Can you say delicious! I don't even like pizza but the grandma slice was amazing. The calamari was fresh and crispy. My grandson and husband had 2!slices each. Visit #2 - Two weeks later (and I won't be back) Ordered and paid online for pickup. There was one line for both placing orders and for pickups, so we stood in line for several minutes until it was our turn, and provided my name to the woman helping us. She looked confused and said they were waiting on the salad slice, I pointed to the two taped up boxes above the oven which had my name on it, as it was clear both slices were already there. However, she repeated they were waiting on my salad slice and it will be a few minutes. I waited several minutes more and watched orders come and go out the window, but not our slice. After it became apparent that she was waiting for a slice to appear instead of asking the kitchen what the status was, I asked another person what was going on, and again I pointed to the two boxes above the oven with my name on it. They repeated again that they were waiting on the salad slice. After another few minutes, I began getting annoyed and asked them again what exactly are we waiting for, as there are two boxes above the oven with my name on it, and I don't want my warm slices to get cold while we're waiting on a salad slice that is probably never coming, because it's already there. The manager, finally said he would go check, and when he did, he grabbed the two boxes off the oven and handed them to me, the slice they were "waiting" on was in fact already in the box like I pointed out, THREE TIMES. I asked the manager why they made me wait for no reason and didn't check the boxes any of the times I asked them to, he got an attitude and told me it's his 3rd day, it's over 100 degrees outside, which isn't true, and isn't relevant. I started to tell the manager that I'm the guy who wrote a review on Yelp where the owner wanted us to come back and try the food again, but he interrupted me and wouldn't let me speak, just repeating over and over with an attitude, "Are you going to let me talk? Are you going to let me talk?" I had it and walked out. The woman behind the counter asked if we wanted a free drink to be compensated, I declined and statred that I'm not looking for free food. This was a disgustingly rude way to treat a customer, especially one who had a bad experience already, and came back to give their establishment another try. I walked to my car at the back of the restaurant and he happened to go out their back door where my car was parked, so I tried telling him again about the original visit, but he interrupted me again and told me "Maybe you should go to another pizza place". So you win 'manager', not only will we not be back, but we will be sure to tell our friends and neighbors at The Brio and The Reserve how terrible your service is, how rude you are, and honestly, how plain your food tastes. While it was better than the first day, it wasn't by much. We frequent the establishments in this community often as we live here and have made many friends with the workers. It's always expected to have bumps in the road when opening a new business or location, but it's how you deal with those problems that make or break a business. Unfortunately, you clearly don't know how to, and for that reason, we will not be back. ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM OPENING DAY: We went on opening day and we're really excited to have a new restaurant, especially pizza, nearby. We ordered a few slices of pizza and some rice balls. I was very disappointed in the pizza, it had zero flavor, except for tasting burnt which was weird because it wasn't burnt at all. The rice balls were ok, better than the pizza anyway. Being that we live in the same development, we're going to give them one more try just in case it was a case of opening day issues. I can't imagine them being so successful with multiple restaurants if this is what their food was always like. The restaurant itself was nice, plenty of seating, plenty of light, the decor was much nicer than your typical pizza place, and the staff were super friendly. I will definitely update my review based on the results of our next visit. read more

I like the Pizza but the slice that I had had too much sugar in the sauce. Kind of look like a Grandma slice. I don't know whether they put sugar or honey on it, but I didn't care for it, so I'm going to try the regular slice and some of their heroes and see if they can bear better with less sugar. read more

Daughter was there the other day and the staff made her wait to pick up her order after she had called it in at least 40 mins before she arrived to pick it up ! When asked she was told buy a very snotty staff member the she had to wait and it wasn't the staffs problem! read more
