The person taking my order said "I remember you we don't do that anymore we aren't 'Allowed' to make that" this person, the first time I ordered way back, didn't understand the order & was completely flustered & rude. Today...This time I was flat out refused service of my coffee drink. If you don't do that then how do you call yourself a "coffee shop"? I have ordered that drink there for a year. TRAIN your staff. I am telling everyone about what happened at this so called coffee shop. I used to go there twice a week... this is why I will not go there anymore.

Finally, some new people came in that sat on the same side of the bar as us so we could ask for our bills. Terrible experience. Not sure I will ever go back, especially if that bartender is on. We were in De Pere for a volleyball tournament, very close to sneak out for a break.
