The person taking my order said "I remember you we don't do that anymore we aren't 'Allowed' to make that" this person, the first time I ordered way back, didn't understand the order & was completely flustered & rude. Today...This time I was flat out refused service of my coffee drink. If you don't do that then how do you call yourself a "coffee shop"? I have ordered that drink there for a year. TRAIN your staff. I am telling everyone about what happened at this so called coffee shop. I used to go there twice a week... this is why I will not go there anymore.

They are just as mean to the bartenders Ozzie's Skyview has been open a total of one year and have had seven servers for bartenders and three amazing cooks who had to leave due to how unfair they treated everyone Ozzie was the main reason for everyone leaving He belittles everyone and even rude and yells at the wife what a man. they will never take anyone's suggestions and will slowly rot till the doors close again Ozzie is a cruel man and complains about every order that will go through to him and constant trying to make things more pricey when it's not worth it and not enough food.
