George, the owner, knows his stuff by heart and if you ask he will patiently explain the difference between the 4 different types of salted caramels he stocks or the detailed history of each sweet. Each piece is small, and I find that having one or two in the evening is enough to satisfy my craving. A box lasts several weeks as I savor them slowly.
