What an amazing business! Very professional! Very respectful! Quick to respond to questions! Honest! Reliable! My dad is on a very fixed income! He's needed this pipe repair for years. He's been maintaining the problem by cleaning the pipe often. It just became too much for him to maintain. He called a big name company and received a quote that was over $3,000 more than Pipenado's! Unfortunately, this could not qualify for a trenchless repair. When u get into a job like this, it's a HUGE expense. Pipenado saved my dad over $3,000! They explained things just like the big name company, had the same cameras- in fact an even better one! They completed the job as planed in a half a day! They cleaned up the yard and drive and they were able to go under my dad's drive so he didn't not have to destroy his concrete. I'm so glad I called them for a second opinion! These people rock! I had a stove delivered but the delivery men didn't have the correct tools to hook up the gas line. I had waited over a month for the delivery of the stove and was unable to use the old one because only 2 burners worked and the oven was nonexistent! I called Pipenado and they came out even though it was close to closing time for them. They had the correct tools and hooked it up in ten minutes! They checked for leaks and made sure the unit was working properly. Friendly fast, courteous and experienced! If I ever need plumbing or any other gas related problems I know who to call. Jamie was fantastic to deal with he reacted quickly to my dilemma (clogged downspouts lines to the road). He was honest, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He even tried to run a camera thru the lines to find the problem, unfortunately they were clogged with mud and he did this free of charge. He then came up with a couple of choices for a fix, the first being a minimal fix that would work and save money, the second was a more involved fix, which I went with.
