While the piercer was starting to remove the smily, I bled a little. I was bit shocked that when I slightly tapped her to stop pulling since it was starting to hurt, she just kept going. Wish she could have been more mindful to stop and made sure if I was ready to go again, felt like my skin was going to get ripped off (ultimately, this is what I was trying to avoid doing it myself) $5 plus some change to remove it, plus if you go when its a little busy you will have to do it on a time when you do not have to time crunch. I ended waiting 25+ min since there was a few people ahead of me.

I found lilygrace on yelp and read a lot of great reviews. So I decided to make an appointment online which was very easy. I was able to schedule for same day service. I opted for the piercing without the numbing cream as I read it doesn't really work as it just numbs the outside of the ear, and the inside is what gives the sharp feeling while getting pierced. The lady we got was named Cira (I think!) and she was EXCEPTIONAL! You could tell she's been doing this, with young babies, for a good amount of time. She was very precise in marking my babies ears and had me double check that I was happy with the placement. She explained that babies ears continue to grow down and out so the marks would be a little closer to the head. She explained everything step by step and was so very calming throughout the entire appointment. My baby did so good and I'm so happy with the result! They provided the ear cleaning solution and clear instructions for aftercare which was so appreciated! No need to go seek out cleaner for babies! The only thing I would say wasn't great was the prices of the earrings themselves. It was a bit of a shock when I saw the price tags but at the same time they are quality and look great! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I've had 10+ piercings done here and each time have had a great experience, they've healed perfectly when I follow their instructions. On top of their good vibes and great service they have a super cute collection of gothic accessories you can buy. They're the only place I recommend when going for piercings. I was looking for a place close by to change my cartilage piercing to a hoop. I didn't check the reviews because I thought something as simple as a jewelry change wasn't needed but I was very wrong. When I started he proceeded to not sanitize his hands nor did he put on gloves. I sat on the table with my hand holding onto the side just sitting normally as he proceeded to change my jewelry I felt him press his entire genitalia against my hand and kept it there the entire time as he changed my jewelry I couldn't process what was happening I wanted to be in denial. I was too shocked to take any action In the moment. I didn't know what to think, my mind was too cloudy to fully process or do anything. Not to mention I think this guy rents out his own place to be one on one with his customers and that's why he doesn't work with a studio. He also attempted to "straighten" my healed piercing which left it inflamed and irritated afterwards. This man is a crook and a fraud and most of all a predator if he's going to get his license revoked it's going to be done by me as I am taking legal matters. He is a terrible piercer.

The feel was so warm and welcoming, the decor was great. And I couldn't complain getting to sit on a comfy love seat with my fiancé watching Ink Master. We prob waited a total of 15 min, this including my one person ahead of me getting a piercing. The guy who did my piercing was fun and knowledgeable about his profession. He asked me what I wanted got it all setup, everything was sterile (I'm a nurse, so I watch for these things). He was quick, no pain and that was it I had what the hoop I was wanting.
