Meghan was so patient and knowledgeable as she walked me through the basics and introduced me to what Pilates is. I then was encouraged to try the Quad classes and have had amazing instructors- Amy, Cindy, Bridget, Lisa- who are patient, encouraging and FUN! If you're interested at all in exploring Pilates, don't be intimidated, call Reform for an intro session. The staff team is accessible and fantastic and Pilates is so much fun. I feel stronger, more flexible and better after doing this twice a week for the last four months. Highly recommend Pilates and especially Reform!
