The body awareness I have gained is unbelievable. Erika is a master at working with individuals at all levels. I have a very scientific mind and appreciate working with someone who truly understands what she is doing and is able to explain in great detail how and why we are working the way we do. I now understand how I am supposed to move and I am able to approach any exercise in a methodical manner. This enables me to get so much more out of any activity. My whole body has slimmed, my stomach is flat, my legs and arms and bottom are toned and look better than they ever did. I can not express how much it's changed my life and the way I feel. Meghan was so patient and knowledgeable as she walked me through the basics and introduced me to what Pilates is. I then was encouraged to try the Quad classes and have had amazing instructors- Amy, Cindy, Bridget, Lisa- who are patient, encouraging and FUN! If you're interested at all in exploring Pilates, don't be intimidated, call Reform for an intro session. The staff team is accessible and fantastic and Pilates is so much fun.
