I then was encouraged to try the Quad classes and have had amazing instructors- Amy, Cindy, Bridget, Lisa- who are patient, encouraging and FUN! If you're interested at all in exploring Pilates, don't be intimidated, call Reform for an intro session. The staff team is accessible and fantastic and Pilates is so much fun. The body awareness I have gained is unbelievable. Erika is a master at working with individuals at all levels.
