Super fresh fish and clean crispy batter!

I stopped in here because of the other positive reviews. My first impression was that it is sparkling clean! We were told to walk through to the seating area in the back. The only reason this place didn't get 5 stars was because neither of the two waitresses brought us a menu for about 5-7 minutes. Once they realised, they took care of us and the food came out very quickly. We had two medium cod and chips. The fish was lovely and fresh and crispy. You could tell that the oil it was fried in was super clean. Same with the chips - there was a nice combination of crispy small chips and larger softer ones. The portions were very big. My daughter and I shared the medium. The bill was very reasonable and I'll definitely be visiting again!

Walk by drop in while looking for fish and chips in Greenwich. Was ok. Chips not cooked the way through, the fish was breaded well but could have used another 10-15 seconds in the fryer. Tartar sauce was authentic British Heinz 57. Not a bad experience and right priced but wouldn't seek out again

A guy I knew took me there one time. It was so good. Hopefully when I go back to London I go there again because, yes, if was so good. The fish tasted like it was fresh from the water that was what I liked about it.

Fast food fish and chips. Fresh fish, nothing fancy, not cheap though. Great service, friendly service. A good place for a quick bite. Nothing fancy but does the work.

We decided to take a Greenwich to visit the cutty sark . When we got there we were really hungry and this place looked really interesting. We weren't disappointed the food was really tasty I had minced beef and onion pie and chips. Not very exciting I know. My mum had rock and chips. The latte was good too. Nice friendly helpful staff too 10/10

Ordering and the fish & chips' arrival took a long time. While waiting, I noticed that all the bottles of what looked like vinegar on each of the tables were labeled "Non Brewed Condiment With Colour" i.e. not vinegar but mild almost tasteless weird processed acid with a bit of artificial colouring. I wish I'd seen this before I ordered, I would have left. But at least they're honest - the bottles were clearly labeled! And it did not taste of vinegar/l... The fish was way too greasy - mostly just tasted of oil - and the chips were tired not fresh. There is far better fish & chips to be had elsewhere in London. Avoid this tourist trap...

After a long day walking around Greenwich, this was a very good spot to have dinner. The portions were generous and the prices were correct. Also, the attention was very nice. I think it is one of the best places to have fish and chips.

It was dry and tasteless (and no, this is not what I'm used to from vegetarian food. I was a happy veggie for 7 years.) I asked for some jalapenos on the side, to liven it up, and it took about 10 minutes for them to arrive, only after I asked another server if they were on their way. Sure they were busy, but good customer service was not happening. So that was a bit of a let-down. But, I will give the food another try. My friend had a pizza and I was wishing I'd ordered that! I asked, and the dough is *lactose free*, so I'm happy about that. (I often have cheeseless pizzas - don't knock it till you've tried it!)

There's even more veg options than posted online which pleased me. We walked to the bar and spied the mango cider on draft and the bartender was very good at convincing us to get a pint each! :). It's delicious! A bit sweet with a lovely mango aftertaste. We then ordered a ton of food. Monday is 2 for 1 burger night. I got the veg burger and my husband the beef. We also ordered two pizzas for takeaway: the Brooklyn (I think that's what it's called? with shrimp) and the vegan artichoke and squash pizza for me. I also got the quinoa salad and beetroot and coconut soup. I loved my soup, served piping hot and incredibly creamy. I was too full except for two bites of the burger and got the rest for takeaway but was quite happy with what I had. Very tasty. The quinoa salad was full of quinoa and served as great lunch leftovers for the next two days! I LOVED my vegan pizza. I was worried it would be too dry but the flavour combos with a kick of spice made it fantastic. My husband and I both agreed his pizza tasted better the next day! Dinking a star just because my husband was severely disappointed with his beef burger: he said it tasted like something out of the freezer and he preps better burgers at home.
