I did however receive a refund BUT no communication to our coach nor to parents from the league as to why our team was removed from the season. This was done less than a week before games were to begin. It's bad enough there's no support for coaches financially, but when you add the poor communication, that sucks. Now, we have a team ready for the season, removed from the schedule, and now they can't even try out for school because it's too late. Communication would go a LONG way.

So LVAC has several thing that are positive. They have a pretty hefty class schedule, a pool, a…read morewomen's area to work out a walking track, a spot to grab food and smoothies, a large selection of different cardio machines, day care...but it also has a lot to improve or doesn't have that it's competition does in the same monthly price bracket. First of all this may see silly but I HATE the colors they chose to paint the walls and patterned floors. It's like a clown house and the 80s made a horrible baby. It just does not make me feel energized, or centered. Next machines are crowded so close to each other and many are old and have seen better days, although they do fix them quicker than some spots. They have such a small area to stretch it can be hard not to feel like you are peoples way. They have a track on the top floor but it's on a cement floor, why not the same material as many running tracks to combat fatigue and joint injury? It's a large facility but the actual work out space is crammed and often machines are taken. The women's space I a great concept and the equipment even fits my body better, but it's like the neglected step child. They don't have kettle bells anywhere which is odd, most of their foam rollers need to be replaced as do their stretching mats. The food area would be great, but almost every drink or snack that is not savory has stevia and or sucralose which are gross, and my body personally does not respond well to. No recovery areas with red light therapy or massage chairs etc They used to be a nicer club and need to step up their game. I wouldn't have minded paying a little more if they had made it space that wasore enjoyable to work out in, but other options opened so I canceled my membership

We joined the LVAC Henderson location about a month ago, and I've honestly loved it ever since…read more I've worked out at EOS and Planet Fitness before, and LVAC feels completely different in the best way possible. It's clean, comfortable, and everyone actually seems focused on working out instead of filming content or trying to be influencers. The women's weight room is amazing and has almost everything we need for our workouts. The cardio area is great too, especially the incline treadmills -- those things are no joke! The women's locker room is always clean, and the overall atmosphere feels very nonjudgmental and welcoming. One of our favorite parts is the kids' play area. Our 5-year-old loves going every time we work out, and I love being able to check in on her from the women's workout room screens. We also end up at the juice bar after almost every workout because the smoothies are SO good (even if they're becoming dangerous for our wallet ). Overall, highly recommend LVAC Henderson. Easily my favorite gym I've ever joined.

Not the best place to play soccer…read more.... There is no AC ! And with games going on constantly and tons of people watching.. All inside a small facility .. It gets musty, smelly, hot and humid... I leave that place feeling sick and sometimes nauseous from the feet/armpit/ass/ and sweat smell. The people that run this place have no managerial experience ... They sell soccer shoes, clothing and accessories but constantly change everything around, one week stuff is there being sold next week its all gone, the week after they only have shoes???? Now they sell metro phones inside? Soccer matches are disorganized ... For example there have been times when the other teams have cancelled.. And we were never told.. Everyone shows up and we are told to wait 30 mins just in case that by some miracle a team shows up to play against us... :( also I guess some people here have connections to the owners and they can pick and choose who refs for their games... Wth is up with that?? Games have become invalid and we are forced to play again and are given bs excuses.... It is however more affordable then other facilities it's 5vs5 and it's soccer.. So I guess that's worth 2 stars

I can understand why people would prefer an indoor arena in Las Vegas because some days it is just plain and simple too hot to play outside! But with that being said this place has no air conditioning!! There was a big fan next to the bleachers we asked the nice girl who was working to turn on and that made it comfortable for us, but I can only imagine the players were dying out there!! I also didn't like that you couldn't bring your own drinks into the arena, like not even alcohol we just had water for the players. They sell water inside but I would rather just bring our own. The staff was very nice, and we will continue to go watch our friends play, we will just dress a lot lighter!

There are four Anytime Fitness gyms to choose from in the Las Vegas valley. This review will narrow…read moreyour scope and focus on the Horizon Ridge facility. Fitness gyms are in no short supply these days, as you can seemingly spot one every few blocks in the Las Vegas valley. With so many options to choose from, relying on reviews becomes of utmost importance. It will be important to use this review in conjunction with reviews from other locations, as a tool to narrow down which Anytime Fitness you'd like to join. They are all nuanced with differing amenities and features undoubtedly suited for quite the range of personnel. I first experienced Anytime Fitness in 2022 when my extreme irritation with overcrowded gyms reached a fever pitch level. In addition to a less crowded environment, Anytime Fitness offers one glaring amenity hinted by its name. It's open twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. With four locations in Las Vegas alone and 2,806 locations across all fifty states, the combination of numerous locations and hours of availability rank high on the initial customer service seduction scale. I've been reviewing gyms for decades. I grew up working out with my parents using several different gyms, implemented numerous rigid workout plans in the military, and have been a member of no fewer than 20 gyms in my fitness journey. I've seen well maintained gyms as well as holes in the wall that are called gyms. My fitness background combined with a diverse gym experience will guide you to making the best choice of gym to belong to. Upon entering Anytime Fitness on Horizon Ridge Avenue in Henderson, Nevada, you are greeted by smiles and salutations from the friendly staff. Whether they say hello while sitting at their desk, or during your workout, it is bound to happen at some point before your workout is over. I arrived just the other day and the staff were busy with a group class which was offered every day of the week. Even though the staff were busy, they still managed to waive to me as I passed by the group class. This gym takes pride in the things that matter. The equipment is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms, showers, and common areas are cleaned daily while the crowd level is always at manageable levels. I've been attending this gym for four years and have yet to wait for a piece of equipment. Personally, the hours of operation are the most attractive quality of this gym. I never have to worry about whether the gym is closed because it is never closed. It's open all day, every day, and on holidays. While all locations of Anytime Fitness are not staffed after normal business hours, safety may be your first concern. The entrance to the gym is controlled by an application on your smart phone. Only members have access during normal and after hours. In addition, the gym is equipped with a wall mounted safety button that automatically calls 911 if you ever feel your safety is in question. For immediate health concerns, there is a defibrillator available as well. The gym is located in a nice part of town where crime rate is low. Having the aforementioned safety features in addition to a low crime rate make the business hours more enticing from a safety standpoint. I briefly mentioned the condition of the equipment. It is also important to discuss the type of equipment available. This location affords a very accommodating free weight area. The dumbbells range from five pounds to one-hundred pounds. These are weights that not only satisfy your regular gym goer but also limit the fanatics from joining this gym. I realize it's a valid concern to be working out with giant men who are trying to push the limits of what a human body can do while juiced up on any and every performance enhancing drug. I get it; that can be very intimidating. This gym is designed to welcome the regular fitness seeker with a welcoming, motivating, and comfortable atmosphere. In addition to the dumbbell range, Anytime Fitness has three free squat racks. In my experience squat racks have always been the bottleneck at every gym I've been to. With this gym being smaller, having three squat racks is a phenomenal member to squat rack ratio. Other gyms that are much larger only have one squat rack. If free weights aren't your favorite workout medium, this location offers several machines to target every body part. The machines are also arranged in a manner suitable for circuit training. Cardio options are also available with treadmills, stairmasters, rowers, ellipticals, stationary bicycles, and rope simulators. If all of that doesn't suit your fancy, as mentioned, group classes are offered daily. These classes are instructed by the well-informed staff in a motivational and safe manner. The classes vary every day to preclude any sort of monotony accruing, while maintaining your focus and determination to achieve your goals. Group class members can track their progress with the Anytime Fitness application as well
