I tried the bungee fitness class at Wild & Fly. The class costs $35 for a one-hour session…read morescheduled from 12:30-1:30pm. There was no advance notice to arrive early for registration or equipment fitting. We had to fill out about two pages of forms (personal information and a health questionnaire, including weight) and then get fitted for the bungee sling. With three staff members assisting around 13 participants, this process took some time, and the class didn't start until around 1:00pm. Wendy, the instructor, did a good job leading the class and provided clear guidance overall. However, some very simple movements were explained in a more complicated way. For example, when moving diagonally, she described it using specific angles: moving at a 35-degree angle, placing one arm at 90 degrees and the other at 45 degrees, then transitioning the 90-degree arm to 45 degrees: which made a basic movement harder to follow than necessary. The actual workout lasted about 35 minutes, and we finished around 1:35pm. Wendy mentioned that the studio has been open for about a year and that classes are typically around 40 minutes. The workout itself was very low impact: I didn't sweat at all, so it felt more like a fun experience than a real workout. No photos or videos are allowed during class. Participants are also expected to wipe down the bungee equipment at the end as a courtesy for the next class. Overall, it's an interesting and unique class to try once, but considering the price and the shorter workout time, the experience felt average.

Best dance studio in Sacramento!…read more Top down, this is the place to go if you want to learn more about dance. It has various dance classes: k-pop, hip hop, jazz, ballet, etc. They also have youth lessons, and doing performances, studio rental. It has separate building for students lounge which has small gym, sofa, mini bar (honor system). If you are new student, there is special classes package discount!! Check-in upon arrival for the class. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The class seems always full as I observed the class before mine and the classes around my class. In short: this place is pretty hip and popular, good flow of people. For my hip hop class: it was around 40 people (mixed gender and ages). During hip hop class: the instructor was explaining step by step and section by section, to make it easy to everyone. What I like was he also rotated the class: so if you were at the back, you will be on the side or at the front at some point of the class. The class ended with full choreography, then students were encouraged to perform by groups and cheered by everyone. In overall, good vibe and community with great instructors. Parking: free in the complex If you are new, the GPS will direct you to the other side of the building which is the healthcare. The studio is at the back of the building, so after parking, to walk to your right side.

The class was challenging in the best way, but still really welcoming. The choreography was fun, high-energy, and musical, and the instructor did a great job breaking things down while keeping the vibe encouraging and supportive. Even jumping back in after a long break, I never felt out of place. The studio atmosphere is positive and motivating, and everyone was focused without being intimidating. I left feeling proud of myself, energized, and excited to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you're getting back into dance or looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling approachable.

And they typically respond 24-48 hours. I highly recommend attending one of their many classes they provide and for a very fair price. Do make sure to read over their policies carefully. Yes, it may feel cliquey only because regulars have been going here for a while. But this isn't high school nor does it need to be treated as such. There are plenty of friendly people who are willing to connect and you gotta be willing to connect too. It may be awkward at first but it'll be worth it in the end.
