The instructors are patient, and keep the sessions fun, but also manage to stay firm at the same time. In addition to being wonderful with the kids, they even remember each child's names --even after only seeing them once, which is quite impressive based on the amount of kids they have. The classes are a great size (our son is in the beginners class [he's 5]), which contains only about 5-6 kids per session. I highly recommend this place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is simply because I have nothing else to baseline this experience from.

They even provide feedback when they get a chance during class changes. It's a community type of atmosphere if you allow yourself to engage and participate. My kids where not very motivated in the beginning but after awhile they really started digging it. Pricing might be an obstacle for lower income families. I made the financial sacrifice because my son needed something like this after being beat up in school. Coming here really boosted his self-esteem and confidence. Everyone introduced themselves to me and I felt like part of the group before my first class was over. Since then I have worked hard and am now in my black belt apprenticeship. I am greatful for the work and time my Grand Master ( Dr. White ) and Sensei's have put into making me not only a good Martial Artist ,but a better person all the way around. You won't be able to walk onto any dojo floor and train with your grand master. It's been tough. Limits have pushed, but I am so greatful for every moment of it.
