When I firs moved to CLT I sought out to find a megaformer pilates class. I was moving from DC and went to Solidcore 2-3 times a week. I found Coreology online and was really excited to try the class. You sign up and buy classes all online from their website. They run promotions sometimes, but I mostly just buy 20 packs for about $400. I like to show up to the studio no less than 15 minutes early because the parking situation is not great. There is a gravel lot behind the tiny studio and it gets so full. If you ever take the 6:30pm class at night you have to wait until the 5:30pm class gets out to park. There are 8 machines in the studio. There is a small coat room with some seating to take your shoes off and store your gym bag and shoes. There is a small bathroom with a shower (I've never used it) and a changing room. You can buy some beverages there and some of their Coreology branded clothes. I love the community here! The instructors are so encouraging and the workout is the absolute best in all of CLT! It's pricey, but totally worth it!

New Client Special! Be sure to check out their free classes until October 3rd! You'll be hooked!

What a workout! A definite challenge, but a great challenge. I've never heard of the Lagree Fitness Method or a MegaFormer until visiting Coreology! Just in town for a family reunion and my cousin says sign up we are checking it out....no big deal. Now, anything you have to brief me on before I dive in....frightens me, lol. But I was up for the challenge. Kate, owner and instructor is a gem! She took the time to explain the MegaFormer contraption we would be working on. She described each device included on the MF, and what we would use it for. She demonstrated the move, the technique, the method. Not so intimidating until class starts. The sweat, the muscle shakes, core strengthening, core training, body composition, strength training, you name it. Even mental awareness and training your muscles to slowly move through each exercise. A great challenge! Kate and another instructor walked around to assist with correct positioning and instruction. Check out their site for a better explanation. It's so worth it! So sad I don't live in the area and they don't have one in Baltimore. Then once you leave you can indulge in pressed juices, coffee, smoothies, water for a great price. Oh, just so you know - they have lockers for you to lock your belongings in. They have a small parking lot for about 10 cars. Facilities of course. It's a quaint little business that I'm sure will soon be booming in Noda.

Coreology is AMAZING! They have new specials which makes working out fun and affordable. Also, a mimosa after doesn't hurt!

However, since going to this studio I have increased my yoga participation from annually to a few times per year! Next goal is monthly... The studio is small and cozy although it can seek crowed at times (but briefly) during class change and post class when trying to gather my belongings. The lobby contains a few seating areas and merchandise for sale. There is also an area to store belongings during class (no lock up area so avoid bringing valuables). The class size in all the sessions that I have attended is comfortable, not too crowded. All of the instructors have been pleasant and helpful. The best thing I like about this studio is that the various class options tailor to various yoga levels. So far my favorite class has been DEEP STRETCH because it's easier to keep up with the slower pace for the novice or slacker yogis like myself. I also enjoy SLOW FLOW, which has a steady pace of ongoing movement. Class availability and descripts can be easily found and registered for online, which is a big convenience. There is a parking lot, but it is shared amongst other establishments within the plaza. I would recommend this studio and definitely plan to go again, hopefully someday meeting my ultimate goal of attending yoga weekly!

However, my husband and I have been greatly disappointed at the business end of Be Yoga. Our initial visit was warm and welcoming (when it was Yoga Palace). The employee greeted us and gave a quick tour of the studio. After checking it out, we decided to commit to the month deal of $39 per person for unlimited classes. Then it took a turn for the worst... Our second visit was chaotic and definitely threw off our practice. The doors were locked, no sign indicating that the class was still scheduled, the teacher arrived 10 minutes before class and didn't have a key, and then he got on the phone to call someone to let us all in. The class started a bit late to say the least. When I went to officially register, the woman helping me told me that one of their class packages was a really great deal and I should buy it because the following day the price would change. The pricing didn't change the following day. Her sales pitch did not sit well with me, especially when she was late and then the price didn't actually change. They kept a business phone in the actual studio. I found it distracting when the phone rang...perhaps they can turn the ringer off or take the phone out of the studio area entirely and leave it at the front desk. When the studio changed owners, we were charged again. It has been a hassle to get refunded to say the least: 1) I called, the phone was disconnected; 2) I went to the studio and there was no clear indication that I could get refunded unless I tracked down the original owner; 3) I had to go to the original owner's other business to finally get reimbursed; 4) the studio manager emailed and said we could get a one-month credit to retry the new studio regardless of the reimbursement outcome; 4) When we emailed to start the complimentary month, the manager told us it was miscommunication and the offer was no longer valid since we were finally reimbursed for the double charge that I had to work for. I hope they are able to make significant customer service changes quickly because they have a lot of potential and are located in a great area. However, we will not be returning...no namaste here for me.

She was very motivational and also helped us adjust our resistance throughout the class. What I enjoyed about her the most is that she made everyone feel special. There was a mix of beginners and veterans of Pilates in our class and she made sure everyone felt comfortable with every movement - and helping when needed. Most of my workouts are high intensity so the change of pace was great for me! But don't get me wrong - the class was a workout! I felt stronger than ever - working in slow movements and challenging myself with each stretch. Additionally Lindsay's playlist was on point. We were able to relax and make this workout our OWN and focus on OUR strength. In addition, the studio was very charming. It's got boutique vibes, but includes all the necessities like bathrooms, showers, a changing room and some swag to purchase. Overall I was very impressed with this studio and the instructor. I felt empowered and refreshed after my workout and I can't wait to schedule another class!

Since we arrived a smidge early due to our built-in traffic cushion and smooth traffic for both of us, we asked about moving to the class that started 15 minutes before the one we booked. The sweet gal at the desk checked the class enrollment and said we could move - so YAY. It was a pretty studio and the instructor was so soothing. Making us aware of hands-on corrections and telling us how to signal if we weren't into it. The music was chill. My friend and I had the best 75 minute flow and were even guided to a brunch spot within walking distance! The parking situation is explained well online and I'm glad we had a moment to figure it out - at 9am it really wasn't an issue but I could see how it may get a bit busy/crowded and people could get flustered. I would definitely go back to Okra since my friend and I tend to plan ahead for indoor workouts in the winter to avoid weather issues. Easy to book, easy to find, loved our class. I wavered on this for a few days but finally realized that it's simply never going to be any cheaper or any more convenient; that this is as good an opportunity as I'm going to get, so why not? Please keep in mind that I'm 260 pounds and do not exercise beyond walking my dogs and swimming. So today was day one of my yoga experience. Lindsey arrived on time to our office and brought everything we'd need to get going: mats, blocks, straps, music, payment punch cards and an awesome, fun attitude :-) And did I mention that she's 6 months pregnant?? (I'll admit that I felt much more confident in doing yoga with my own big belly when I saw hers!) We begin with some explanations of terms and of how Lindsey likes to teach. Next thing I know we're on the floor stretching and doing it. We are doing yoga in the middle of the day at my work... ok- pretty cool :-) As we change poses and laugh at how unbalanced we all are, I discover that I'm having some dizziness issues so I mention it out loud during class hoping it won't spell the end of my yoga opportunities. Lindsey said that was no problem, that there were various poses that would work the same body parts that would not make me as dizzy. I was SO glad I said something instead of just quitting :-) The tone of her response kept me feeling optimistic. (Thanks Lindsey!) Lindsey is so kind and gentle and patient, I felt immediately at ease with her despite the sweat dripping off my nose! I am so thankful for this opportunity to work with Lindsey. I do feel more energized today after our first session and I'm excited to go back :-) If you're nervous or intimidated to try yoga, I highly recommend reaching out to Lindsey, she can devise a plan that will make it workable for you all while addressing any issues or fears you may have.

Stephanie, the instructor, went at a medium pace and her teaching style kept the semi experienced yogi (like me) engaged and on track. I've been assured this is not typically the case, but golly; will some diversity please show up next time? Afterward we had margaritas and I went to a brewery near Amelie's to wind down. All in all, having yoga and beer is a full on win concept. Please come try it out - provided you're willing to get bendy and relax with a drink afterward. ;)

She had mentioned…read moreloving her yoga studio and I was interested in joining a class based gym rather than continuing my YMCA membership. I would say I was a true beginner at yoga when I joined with very limited knowledge of yogi terminology and definitely not familiar with heated yoga. I started with Topaz class which I would consider a foundational class. Once I became confident/comfortable with the heat and teaching style from Topaz, I began to branch out to the other yoga classes like Diamond, Krystallos, Black Opal, and Bloodstone. Diamond is one of my favorites - it's super dark in the yoga room with candlelight and the flow is very slow. Black Opal is a fun class if you want to try fun poses like wheel or headstand/crow. Bloodstone and Krystallos are true workouts - hydrate before!!! I attended Arrichion for a whole year without trying the circuit training side of the gym but finally gave it a shot during the Athena challenge in May of 2025. My favorite circuit class is Warrior and is different every class. If you're nervous to try the circuit side, bring a friend and come a few minutes early and take some time to look at the TVs above the line of treadmills! There are video clips of what you'll be doing so nothing will be a "surprise" once class gets started. The teachers are very approachable during class and I feel able to ask questions easily no matter who is guiding that day. Around the same time I started trying the circuit side, I began booking private sessions with Jenna who is one of the owners of the studio. I attend with the friend who originally recommended Arrichion to me and our private sessions have helped us both become more confident yogis. Jenna makes unique flows tailored to what we want to work on and even takes our music recommendations to add in. I learned how to hold a headstand within 2 private sessions which was shocking considering I was a complete newbie only a year prior. The recovery options available just make the gym that much more loveable. I use the sauna at least once a week and occasionally brave the cold-plunge (worth it, just scary to get into it at first). The red light meditation room will 100% make you want to take a nap and is nice to do pre-class. This membership is 100% worth it, not only for my health but for the community and fun being a member brings. I am an unlimited monthly member and pay for the membership with my HSA account through benefits at work which the studio helped me figure out how to set up. Highly recommend this studio to anyone who will listen! :-) Do it for the pops!!!
