Look the vermicelli bowls are good. Everything else is adequate. I only come in a pinch because it's close to work. The servers are nice. But I think the leadership/ownership is lacking. My team and I had a big project to finish over the weekend so we all decided we would be working throughout the day until project got done. That means meals will be eaten while working. On friday night I ordered a Pho Ga thinking i will reheat the broth and everything will be ready to go. I asked for extra basil and it was written on my ticket. When I went to pick up my food I asked for the basil again and the guy insisted it was in the bag. I asked for sriacha, hoison and chilli sauce. "its all in there" he says. I use to like coming to this restaurant until I had 2 bad experiences there with my man . The first time was when there was literally ANTS all over the booth we were sitting in , ON ME . Love the flavors. The food here is very delish... however their portions are very SMALL for the price $$$. My only complaint is that they need to pay attention to the orders. I have ordered the banh mi probably every time I come, each time requesting NO JALAPEÑO, not once has it came without. Today, when I got into my car, I checked it.. and yet again.. there's Jalapeño. Some people might think it's not a big deal and just take it out, but once it touches the meat and bread, I'm basically not able to eat the whole thing. Went for lunch on a Sunday. Three other tables with customers, 4 tables with dirty dishes which stayed for over 30 minutes. I enjoy the Pho, but the condiments containers sit in a tray, and it was very dirty. There were dried brown spatters on the wall above the table, and the menus were actually crusty. Ugh. Someone had thrown up in bathroom sink when we informed server he said " yeah we were told we'll get to it after we do orders" My order wasn't correct, however the soup and potstickers were good.
