I arrived shortly and was taken care of immediately. Super sweet and quick! About 16 dollars nails and left a tip. This is so much more affordable than the places we have gone. Let me tell you this is the best nail trim my dog has received. Her nails are black and white and we have struggled to find a place we are 100% with because they're too scared to cut them (even at the vets office). My pups paws look great! Highly recommend They also have some clothing and health products/treats that seem to be intentionally organic and very reasonable pricing. Thanks again!! The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

Additionally they tried to add back in a $15 fuel surcharge which they did remove. The groomer then said her ears needed to be cleaned and nails done which was not the case as the vet had already did that. Lastly because of the last minute increase, I said to cancel the upgraded treatment, which the groomer claimed was only $10 less when I was quoted a $15 price. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pricing change and asked the groomer to have the owner call me, but i never heard back. The groomer did do a good job, but I will not return.

My cat had Lymphoma. She went downhill so fast, she was clearly in pain, stopped eating and drinking; I didn't want to subject her to the 70 minute car trip to our usual veterinarian. I started calling all the animal hospitals within a 20 minute drive. I was shocked at the amount of money they were asking me to pay to end her suffering. All were charging for a full exam even though I explained I had the pathology report & one look at her & it was clear that sadly the time had come. A couple of places even gave me ridiculously itemized totals. And then, I called Station Plaza Veterinarian Group. The fee was so low that I questioned the education & amount of years in practice. Top Vet school, 15 years in practice... okay. I arrived to a filled waiting room, but was ushered right into a treatment room. The Vet Tech was kind, caring and comforting. Dr. Cathy Roncskevitz came in. She examined my cat and read the report. She then patiently explained the possible treatments and poor prognosis. She supported me, explaining and giving me the confidence that I needed to go ahead with euthanasia. With a full waiting room, she told me to take all the time I needed to say goodbye. I have euthanatized five animals, and Dr R. took the most time with the sedative first to make sure she was asleep before injecting. She was the first doctor to get the vein on the first try, considering my cat was dehydrated, making it difficult. She even took the time to shave all the fur I wanted. I commented to Dr.Roncskevitz about her very reasonable fee; "It's the last service that we can provide for an animal, why should we price gouge." From start to finish, I was treated as if I was a long time important client. I still have two cats & a parrot, I am pleased to say that I won't have to make that 70 minute trip to my long-time veterinarian.
