Bones bath and beyond is an amazing place to get your dog groomed. As the owner of an Australian shepherd I find myself nervous taking my dog places as their whole coat can change if you don't care for it properly. I trust the groomers at bones bath and beyond woodbury to bring her back to me clean and soft as ever. It does cost a pretty penny, but they do for me what I cannot do myself (she does not like baths ahaha) and that is worth every dollar I spend there. I tend to get the furminator treatment when I go and I definitely think it helps with shedding. I'd recommend giving this place a go!

Absolutely horrified. My little mini golden doodle Rusty was injured or abused here! Stay away!!! After a grooming (cash only) Rusty got home and wouldn't walk up the stairs. He seemed nervous and sad. After him limping around all night we took him to the Vet. The Vet said he had a swollen leg. WTF!!! My wife went to the Groomer asking for a refund and for her to pay the Vet bill. The owner refused a refund and said you can't prove it happen here. True! But 99% chance it did. My wife left very upset. Now it gets interesting. She heard and saw the owner screaming like a maniac at the groomer. Hmmm. She's knows she employees a butcher hurting dogs? Just stay the hell of way.

Bones Bath & Beyond are great for puppies! They are very professional and the salon is a clean space! Each dog has its own stall to wait for a grooming and they never cut my dog's hair too short. They will call if there is any issue and will get your permission before they do any shaving. Highly recommend!

This is how my dog came home after taking her bows off.

As a former employee, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. The entire staff mistreats the animals…read moreand regularly smacks the animals. Most pets were scared to get near the vet, and I don't blame them. When the X-ray machine was broken, he told people that their pet didn't need an x-ray (when it did) and told us afterwards that it was because he doesn't want to lose the money by sending them to another hospital. The vet tech sucks with anesthesia. One time a dog was put under but kept crying and twitching (which meant that the anesthesia was too light) and she did nothing. If I ever confronted anyone about the mistreatment, I was yelled at. They board dogs that they know are sick (for example they once boarded a dog with mange which is incredibly contagious) with the healthy pets. I once was instructed to hold a dog down onto the table by its neck and they kept instructing me to apply more force, until the dog's nose began to bleed. EVERY PERSON IN THE VET FIELD KNOWS THAT YOU DO NOT RESTRAIN A DOG BY PUSHING THEM DOWN BY THEIR NECK!! If I hadn't stopped and refused to do it after the dog's nose started to bleed, it could've suffered brain damage or worse. The place is so unsanitary that it is revolting. The ceiling above where the dogs are boarded is falling down, and the employees told me that it had fallen down before due to flooding but was never fixed. The pictures I have attached are from the back rooms of the hospital, including where your pets are treated.

This place is outstanding. Excellent front desk service,…read morereasonable prices, and Dr. Deutsch is an Amazing Veterinarian. We bring both our dogs and our two cats to him and have for years. Never a problem. Highly recommended.
