My cat after her Grooming services which included deshedding, nails trimming, ear cleaning, and a bath and blow! :)

Okay but this is the cutest and most professional place I've seen ever!!!! I am so happy with how they took care of my cat. From when I walked in I was greeted nicely, I was verbally guided step by step the process of how the grooming service will go and I was given honest advice as to what my cat looked like she needed and did not need which saved me cash! They are not business first but fur-friend first always! Go to Pet Story Mineola for all your pet needs, really!!! :))) p.s. I love the cute little accessory they give your pet with a grooming services!!

This place is amazing. It is Beyond accommodating and staffed by the nicest and most professional employees. Their concept is for them to be part of our pets lives - be part of their story. Our Jake and Hunter are treated like one of their own and we are always grateful for the care they provide. Ty Billy, Damon and crew.

We took our pup here for her first full grooming service.she's only ever been bathed at home or had her nails trimmed by her vet so we had no idea how things would go.my boyfriend forgot to bring in her vaccination records but this issue was easily resolved at the front desk when we were told we could just email it.I really appreciated the report card we got afterwards about what was done, and a note how she did a good job but it was also noted that she is afraid of the blow dryer.that gave comfort to be aware of what happened without being there.our puppy is still potty training and urinated inside the store so i let a staff member know.she said she'd clean it up and gave a very understanding and caring smile.our puppy is also a very picky eater but she has never turned down their huge variety of treats to pick from.I highly appreciate the entire pet story staff for making our experience a welcoming, caring and safe one.we will always come back when we can.

This is the second year we have brought our Siberian fluff here. She gets badly matted overnight if you don't brush her. Pet story took the time to make her comfortable and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!!

Amazing selection of cookies for your pup. Can't believe they carry FreshPet, Stella & Chewy, & Bones and Co.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more My dog attended daycare here from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Shortly after picking her up, she began vomiting blood and hard pieces of plastic PVC. I rushed her to an emergency veterinary hospital, where the vet confirmed--based on X-rays--that the plastic had been ingested earlier that same morning. When I contacted the daycare, I was told their cameras were "down," so there is no footage of what happened while my dog was supposedly in her quiet room. Even after I provided official medical records from the emergency vet, the facility refused to take any responsibility or offer assistance with the emergency vet bill. The only thing they offered was a few free nights of boarding--which I will absolutely never use. My dog will never return here. This was a terrifying, expensive experience that could have ended far worse. If you value your dog's safety and well-being, I strongly recommend finding another daycare or boarding facility that actually takes those responsibilities seriously.

I came to this daycare with high expectations after it was recommended by my trainer, someone I've…read moreinvested a lot of time and money with. I was told the facility had over 15 years of experience and held higher standards, especially given its stricter vaccination requirements compared to other daycares. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how chaotic the environment was. The facility opens later than most competitors, which creates a crowd of people and dogs clustered at the front entrance. Inside, the noise and lack of structure were overwhelming -- barking dogs and confusion, not the calm, controlled atmosphere I expected from a professional operation. I dropped my dog off around 10:30 a.m. for what was supposed to be an evaluation day. By 2:30 p.m., I received a call that he had been scratched by another dog -- seriously enough that they felt the need to notify me. I wasn't given many details, just that he had been playing with a "reserved" dog who jumped and scratched him. My question is: why was this interaction allowed to happen? I was told dogs would be grouped based on temperament. If my dog is moderately energetic, why was he placed with a dog described as reserved? This isn't the first time my dog has been to daycare. He's been to another facility several times without a single issue. I only tried this one because of the recommendation, and now I regret that decision. It seems clear the facility is understaffed. There are simply too many dogs and not enough people managing them. That's a dangerous combination -- and unfortunately, my dog was the one who got hurt because of it. I expected better. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because a lack of proper supervision and structure can easily lead to more serious incidents.
