When I addressed concerns with my pets, Dr.Shultz did her best to communicate/address my concerns and recommendations. This team truly cares about my pets and working with their temperament, providing treatment options were in our budget, and helping my dogs get the care they need without having to sacrifice their comfortability. I, being a very anxious pet mom would email the front desk with lots of questions. But they always responded quickly and took my concerns seriously. I am so glad I switched to bringing my girls here and look forward to future visits.

She kept repeating, "however they usually take medicine". I was beyond frustrated she wouldn't listen I had no background on that and there was no usual method. I had an issue getting half a dose in. I called the vet for guidance. The woman I was speaking with was initially helpful. Because I couldn't get in tomorrow, because I can't physically bring them in myself. I now need to buy another dose. The initial person could have offered an appointment. I told the second woman I wanted no interaction with her. I was upset because my cats have to wait a month for their next appointment. However, instead of holding their staff accountable, I was told to go elsewhere because I was upset. THAT isn't ok. It's a nice office and our vet was great. Too bad their staff can disregard customers and their concerns.

Murphy's Canine B&B responded quickly to my inquiry and their prices were very fair. We are SO GRATEFUL to have found them! We went on vacation and so did he! He went to a house where Murphy lives (Yorkie dog) and basically moved in for 10 days. He played with all of the dogs getting boarded there. They have a fabulous yard where the dogs play and run, they get a doggie pool, toys and then in the afternoon they all go inside and nap wherever they want to be.... on the couches. Lazy boy, floor, bed.... WHEREVER! That is so awesome! Chief was well taken care of and had a blast being there... I could not have asked for more. I will never have reservations about going anywhere again because I have a place for my baby to go. Thank you ladies, Mahalo!

He was not happy as any customer would not be happy, especially since we always recommended her, as well as tipped her EXTRA 20% every time she serviced us. Everything happens for a reason, we LOVE our new groomers at Pawsh Boutique. Very clean, professional, and friendly. This is an honest review, best of luck to future clients. When I raised my concerns, the business blamed my husband and claimed he had specifically requested the cut. What made the situation worse was the owner's response afterward. I was told there was video footage proving their version of events and that I could view it, but when I asked to see it, I was told they couldn't send it to me. More than a year later, the owner is now publicly claiming that I was shown the footage and acknowledged what happened during a phone call, which never happened. I stand by my experience. The way a business handles a mistake or unhappy customer matters just as much as the service itself, and unfortunately, I did not feel heard or taken seriously. Completely unprofessional.

He took the time to address all of my concerns and made me feel reassured and confident about his care plan. The two veterinary technicians were also outstanding. They were gentle and professional while administering his shots and trimming his nails, and they took the time to demonstrate proper nail-cutting techniques so I can safely maintain them at home. That extra effort meant a lot. You can tell this team genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. We also did a weekend boarding, and the owner, Nicari, was incredibly communicative throughout. We brought our older dog in after hearing about The Paw Spa from a Samoyed owner at a local park…read moreand all I can say is our days of home grooming are over! When we picked up our boy he looked fantastic and was so so happy! He was showing off how good he looked and felt. With the cooler weather this summer, and our boy's age and arthritis, we haven't bathed and groomed him at home as much as we'd like as we groom outdoors and prefer 90+ degrees so he doesn't get chilled or his arthritis aggravated. So the old boy's coat was a bit impacted and needed a good professional grooming. The Paw Spa gave him 2 treatments of deshedding conditioner then blew out the impacted fur. When we got home our boy was dancing and prancing all day just running around showing off. And for 2 days he would stand next to us for us to pet him - I think he was showing off and letting us enjoy his fully deshedded coat and soft silky fur. A week later and he's still walking up to strangers to let them enjoy his fresh, clean coat. The staff at The Paw Spa were nice at drop off and especially friendly when we picked up our boy (he loves charming folks and wins over everybody). As our old boy needs to meet new people every day or he gets very grumpy his clean soft coat draws everybody who sees him to pet him and be charmed by him. Our clean boy is getting so many new friends we haven't heard a grumpf or grumble or complaint in the week since the grooming. So, so nice for us! We're planning on becoming regulars and will be bringing both dogs in the future for regular grooming. One funny thing is the way we tell these 2 dogs apart is the color of their heads, dad is darker. Well, after dad's grooming he had lightened to match his son's color and for a week we couldn't tell them apart. But, this breed is known to change color often, and after a week he's starting to darken again.
