There were playmates every day, all day. He was not crated and had access to a big beautiful yard to play in. He was loved, petted, and cuddled the entire time. I don't think he had a chance to miss us at all. They sent pictures and videos. They were available everytime I text. I got updates on his daily activities, and was so comfortable leaving him there. It was like leaving him with family. He loved it there and I loved the attention all the furry babies got there. The B and B was a great find with two wonderful people running it. My experience with Dr. Meadows is she cares for the families because she understands the pets are at the heart of feelings...and it shows how well she leads the business. Anyway, I thought i was going to have to wait the next day for a recommendation for some flea repellant. I was surprised to get a response sooner than the next day. I cannot imagine the stressors can be when helping customers, but they manage to do it. But I think the core reason is they understand the love and they just get it. My boyfriend & I were going on a trip and decided to board our kitty, Kuromi. This was her first…read moretime being boarded and our first time being apart from her since we got her, so we were a little nervous, but the overall experience was amazing!!! When we first dropped her off, we noticed how nice & adorable the building was! The lobby truly felt like a hotel for pets! Lots of adorable pet photos, comfy chairs for the pets (& owners) to sit on while waiting to be checked in, and a cute photo-op corner to take pictures w your pets! Another thing I loved is that the front entrance is actually locked, with a doorbell and camera to request entrance. This ensures the safety of the pets, owners, and workers! Once we began checking Kuromi in, the workers assured us that all of the workers have experience in the veterinary field. This reassured us that our baby would be well taken care of not only for day-to-day care, but also incase she got a little spicy or if she were to get hurt. We also really loved that they asked a lot of questions such as if she's comfortable being fed with other pets or if she's more on the anxious side which they accommodated by choosing a more quiet area for her stay. While we were away on our trip, we were sent updates through the app along with pictures about every other day on how Kuromi was doing. These updates definitely helped us relax even more on our trip knowing our baby was well taken care of, getting lots of play time, love, & cuddles! Coming back to pick up Kuromi, we were so thrilled to hear that she did amazing & that the workers loved her so much!! We also learned that one of the trainers recently got a cat & is learning to train cats, so we will definitely look into cat-training once they've implemented that option. We will definitely bring our kitty back here to The Pet Hotel! 10/10!!!
