Murphy's Canine B&B responded quickly to my inquiry and their prices were very fair. We are SO GRATEFUL to have found them! We went on vacation and so did he! He went to a house where Murphy lives (Yorkie dog) and basically moved in for 10 days. He played with all of the dogs getting boarded there. They have a fabulous yard where the dogs play and run, they get a doggie pool, toys and then in the afternoon they all go inside and nap wherever they want to be.... on the couches. Lazy boy, floor, bed.... WHEREVER! That is so awesome! Chief was well taken care of and had a blast being there... I could not have asked for more. When we first met Furry Murray, we had two very senior pets. Both required more attention, and often timed medications, when we left. Instead of worry, we always knew they'd be in the best hands while we were away and that our pets would be thrilled to see them. Now, we have two new additions to our family, and they too love the Furry Murray team. Daily, we receive video and photo updates, as well as any photos of packages arriving to the home, etc. It's a relief to find someone who cares for and loves your pets as much as you do. Parkway Animal Center fit us in same day on a Thursday much to our relief. The price for a senior panel is almost double the price of my other vet, but my regular vet was booked out far in advance and Yuna needed care immediately. When starting certain prescriptions or being on a medication long term, it's important to check organ function and CBC. I am really glad Dr Jacober recommended this and I now have the peace of mind that Yuna's labs are looking significantly better than a year ago. The communication from Parkway Animal Center is fantastic. The staff and our vet are extremely communicative regarding lab and test results whereas my previous vet would not notify me regarding results and I would often have to call for confirmation. They also have a pharmacy here so it's a one stop shop for us. Sara, our vet tech was thorough and patient when taking notes for the doctor. Even though Parkway is a bit further from our home, I look forward to returning for Yuna's follow up appointment on Monday.

Usually she comes on vacation with me. This time our entire family had to attend a wedding in Hawaii. I did begin a couple of months before the trip getting her and myself used to the establishment and staff. Started off with an introduction to the facility. Went on a tour. Then began bringing her for an hour, then two hours, then four hours and finally a trial overnight stay. Just so she knew I would return. The hotel is definitely luxurious. She did not stay in a kennel cage. I chose the room with the option of having a TV. I wanted her to feel comfortable as close to the way things were at home. Which was $140 a night. The staff especially Samantha were extremely helpful, kind, nice and caring. Never made me feel like I was over doing anything. lol I called and checked on her daily. I received a picture daily. Made me feel relieved, relaxed and allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation. I think she had a great time. She was taken out of her room often to go outside. She even attended daycare. She was excited when I returned. I could tell she had a great time herself. The area is not the greatest but once inside you forget about outside. They have the doors secured by appointment only. I definitely recommend this place 100 percent. Now I have somewhere that I feel I can leave her with without concern.

Bran is our 11-year-old senior who had never been boarded, and Frankie (aka Potato) is our 15-month-old Goldendoodle, so leaving them for almost two weeks was a BIG deal for this fur mama! Before our trip, Jessica, one of the managers, made sure the boys had meet-and-greets, daycare visits, and even an overnight stay so they could become familiar with the staff and the staff could see how they adjusted. I loved that they took these extra steps instead of simply accepting our dogs for boarding. It showed me that the dogs' comfort, happiness, and safety truly come first. Their secure drop-off/pick-up process also gave me peace of mind. During their stay, the boys had potty breaks, daycare, playtime and socialization, and we received daily messages and photos. Seeing them happy while we were away was so reassuring. I was especially worried about Bran because he's our cranky little senior , but the staff clearly knows dogs and how to work with different personalities. Bran and Frankie even shared a suite together, and they did great! After almost two weeks, we picked up two happy, clean, great-smelling pups with no signs of stress. Honestly, I don't think they missed us--they were too busy enjoying their own vacation! A huge thank you to Jessica, Lily, Samantha, and the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of our Bran Muffin and Frankie Potato.
