After a phone conversation, plans were made to start walking our pup. I have to say it's the best thin that has happened to us. We started with the dog walking and now that she is fully vacinated she has started attending day care the and she loves it. Not only is it great for her to socialize with other good does but it also helps her burn a lot of that puppy energy. Everyone that works there has been GREAT. They truly care about your doggie. Super friendly and genuine. Extremely knowledgeable. Over all I'm super happy and hope to co continue to take our pup here for a long time . Update: she is still attending daycare and she loves it. They even picked her up and dripped her off during our vacation. Took real good care of her.

When I addressed concerns with my pets, Dr.Shultz did her best to communicate/address my concerns and recommendations. This team truly cares about my pets and working with their temperament, providing treatment options were in our budget, and helping my dogs get the care they need without having to sacrifice their comfortability. I, being a very anxious pet mom would email the front desk with lots of questions. But they always responded quickly and took my concerns seriously. We did have a slight mix up one year with a pet's cremation, but the business was quick to give us refund when i offered "no", but they insisted. Additionally, we are having a nasty flea infestation. The business is that good when they take time to respond. What I mean by this is they are careful to research and respond appropriately with the best solution. My experience with Dr. Meadows is she cares for the families because she understands the pets are at the heart of feelings...and it shows how well she leads the business. Anyway, I thought i was going to have to wait the next day for a recommendation for some flea repellant. I was surprised to get a response sooner than the next day. I cannot imagine the stressors can be when helping customers, but they manage to do it. But I think the core reason is they understand the love and they just get it. They were very clear on the terms of agreement. They have showed up every time I asked even when the schedule is full they figured out a way to get me in. They have this great app that sends you notification when the walk is finished. It tells you how far the dogs walked, and the walker makes note of if they went to the bathroom or had treats. They also take pictures of the dogs and send them to you. When I was gone on vacation, it was such a treat to get the emails and text messages and see that my pups were being well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

There were playmates every day, all day. He was not crated and had access to a big beautiful yard to play in. He was loved, petted, and cuddled the entire time. I don't think he had a chance to miss us at all. They sent pictures and videos. They were available everytime I text. I got updates on his daily activities, and was so comfortable leaving him there. It was like leaving him with family. He loved it there and I loved the attention all the furry babies got there. The B and B was a great find with two wonderful people running it. I left my pup Ryu here for a week and was very happy to see daily photos and videos of him. They did inform he that he didn't eat a couple of times which I'm assuming because it's the first time he's been away from home. I also had a change of plans for pick up and they were very accommodating. Only thing I would say is I wish they were closer to me for weekly day care services!
