Oh, and not traumatized. Raise your hands. That's what I thought. :) DeeOn (groomer, owner and as one reviewer said - dog whisperer), has worked on both my dogs for several years, and not once, have we've been unhappy with the services she offers. Her years of expertise has been a god-sent to us when asking her advice on ailments that dog owners experience from time to time (hot spots, teeth cleaning recommendations etc). And guess what? THEY WORK. She is the real deal. Fortunately, as word continues to spread, she continues to be in demand, and rightfully so. Don't expect to get an appointment immediately, as she's booked solid, but if your patient and willing - book that appointment with what available slots she may have (it might be several months), and know that your babies are in great hands. I will say they are good at what they do, but the fees are a little excessive. From day care fees, late drop off fee, special handling fee for Nail trim. The full package including special handling fee is 120, then got charged 20 for a late pick up fee and a 10 dollar fee for long nails but they did take care of me by not charging a late drop off fee, so the total came out to 150.Would I recommend? Yes, if your dog is pretty calm and if you could reserve a couple hours of your day to ensure you drop/ pick up in a timely manner. Other than that they do get your dog looking good when you pick up.
