I had been using Dalmation Station (they're HORRIBLE), but switched to Holly's Pet Grooming (who is FANTASTIC), and was by far the least expensive at only $50 p/pet; (personally she is GREAT, 6- on a 5- scale). Unfortunately she lost her lease, closed her business & went to work grooming for The Pet Hotel in Fairfield. So of course I followed her. Unfortunately some of the Pet Hotel's management were not business friendly to customers. Their initial grooming price was $55 p/pet, but in less than 1 year they raised their prices 4 times by over 50% to $90 p/pet. The worse part is that Holly only got less than $10 of the total increase. And, they are by far the most expensive in the area. I refused to pay premium pricing and deal with fragile egos. Fortunately I was able to find a new pet boarder 'Those Dog-Gone Sisters' boarding, daycare & pet walking services' (who're absolutely FABULOUS), and they referred me to Bri's Bubbles & Bath. Now all my grooming and boarding needs for my little girls are covered, so I'm extremely satisfied & happy. Briana is operating out of April's Angelic Paws in Suisun City, so she has access to all the needed amenities to deliver a quality service. Her fees are only $55-$65 p/pet for most of her services, she delivers a quality 5- job, and she has a very sweet personality. I still love Holly, but she's just an employee now, and has no control over the Pet Hotel's pricing. And I don't have to deal with the Attitudes when you question them about why 4-price increases from $55 to $90 per pet in under a year. I still love Holly, but she's just an employee now, and has no say in their pricing. They gave her a $5 per pet bump in pay of the $35 increase. I'm part owner in several auto dealerships, I know what customer satisfaction should be, if she worked for me and spoke to any of my customers like that, she'd be immediately fired. I usually take my dog Coco to another groomer but they were having technical issues. Needless to…read moresay Coco needed a bath. I called around Saturday afternoon but I knew it was along shot. Turns out Jessy the owner answered and said her 4:30 may cancel or she could take Coco at 6. I was so glad. I registered with her app intending to wait till 6PM. Her app asks about any conditions the dog may have or if you wanted anything special done. I chose normal bath and tooth brush. Turns out I didn't have to wait as I was alerted via email that she could take Coco by 4:30. Score!!! Jessy texted me to let me know she was coming and when she was at my door. I opened the door and Coco ran to meet her. My dog was immediately comfortable with Jessy and her helper. 1 hour later Coco came back clean and happy. My dog has allergies so she can get yeasty and her breathe is bad. Not anymore. Breathe clean and smelled powdery clean. When I get her back from her regular groomer she doesn't smell this good, or look this clean. Major positives with Pawfection: - Mobile convenience - App great for appointments - Jessy is very communicative via text. - She takes pride in cleaning her dogs. - Jessy will send reminders on the next appointment. The groomer was very patient with them, as Chow's are not good with strangers, at first. But, everything worked out great! The inside of the van was very organized and clean, the groomers were very professional. The price was $120 per pup ( approximately. 45lbs each). That included teeth cleaning, flea bath, total brush out of undercoat, wash and dry, and trim if needed. I will be using them again, and I have already recommended them to a couple of friends. Kim grooms her to our specifications and Skye comes home looking- and smelling - great!
