The groomer never gave him a bath, only got half of his body bathed but my dog wouldn't let them do his underside, butt or let them touch his paws so they stopped the bath. If a service isn't being done completely why would I still get charged? Y'all could be more transparent with your pricing so people aren't blindsided with things on pickup.

They also have a "Peak Lodging Pricing" which is not told to you, you just have to know about it and where to find it; this cost is an extra $9 for each day which if you look at their calendar is 50% of the year. I asked why and they said it's because of increased boarding. Sorry, but my costs shouldn't change at all with that issue. This cost should not be the customers burden, the company needs to manage how many people they need to meet the needs of the business. Now we're at $84 a day. They charged me for one "play time" on the day I dropped my dog off at 4pm when they close at 5pm. They charged me another "play time" on the day of pickup even though he was getting a bath and picked up at 10:30am. They admitted they falsely charged me for the drop off and refunded me. For grooming I was verbally quoted a price around $65 for my dog (25-50 lbs cost between $64 and $89); I was charged $80. Not sure how they do math but that didn't seem legitimate as he's a small dog with not long or matted hair. To summarize, this establishment does everything they can to charge you for nothing being provided. My boarding cost during my 7-day vacation cost $735 (Basically $100 per day). I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PET BOARDING IF WANT HONEST COST FOR SERVICES PROVIDED.

We have…read morethree pets with very different needs: a very shy terrier mix who can be skittish with new people, a high-energy German Shepherd who needs lots of exercise and often goes on hunger strike when his routine is disrupted, and a cat with special needs who needs one-on-one time away from the dogs. We've boarded the dogs and had sitters come to check on the cat previously, but when we went on a week-long holiday, we really wanted all three animals to maintain their routines at home. Mallorie came recommended with high praise, and we quickly understood why. Both dogs warmed up to her and her husband, Cody, within moments of meeting them. Our cat, Dot, is not always receptive to new people and can be a bit standoffish with strangers. She let both Mallorie and Cody pet her the first time she met them. These are true pet lovers who really understand how to approach and communicate with animals. We opted to have Mallorie and Cody stay at our house overnight and visit the dogs as necessary during the day. We returned from a blissful week away to calm, happy animals. They were glad to see us, but we could tell they'd gotten plenty of exercise and attention in our absence. The big guy ate all his meals, and the small dog and cat had gotten sufficient loving. As an added bonus, our house looked slightly better than we left it. And did I mention that One Lucky Pooch's rates are VERY reasonable?
