We questioned it cause we didnt know it was called a hot oil treatment. So we proceeded to hold our leash back while we got an answer and thats when the man became iriate and fowl mouth and kicking us out. Would not recommend this facility ever. After 4 hours and waiting for the female owner to call us and maybe work this out we wouldnt get a call back when we finally called back she informed us she would sue us if we wrote a bad review and hung up on us.
