She made sure she did the best job possible when grooming our cat and dog. She made them as comfortable as possible and seriously groomed our cat so fast she didn't even have time to get antsy. She talked to our dog the whole time so he trusted her every move. I LOVED how she comes into your home where your animals feel the safest. It made a huge difference and you could tell that they both felt so much more comfortable not having to go to a brick and mortar groomer. I would highly recommend Show-n-Go without hesitation. You could tell they put love and care into each dog and get to know them, which is the most important part to me! The only bummer was the booking process. I confirmed my total cost with them twice before arriving so that we could plan financially, and then it ended up being an extra $85 once I dropped them off because of the holiday weekend ($65 for holiday pickup, $10 holiday fee per dog). I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!
