He always comes home looking so handsome with a cute bandanna and smelling fresh! Her shop is located inside the Pet Supplies Plus location, which is great because I can always pick up what I need in addition. Her prices are real reasonable and I have been pleased with her services. Since she is the only groomer, her slots tend to fill up fast, so I recommend booking in advance. Unless there's a cancellation I have always had to book two weeks or more in advance. She does only take cash or check, which is a slight bit of an inconvenience, but not a big deal. Overall, a great place to take your dog.

You could tell they put love and care into each dog and get to know them, which is the most important part to me! The only bummer was the booking process. I confirmed my total cost with them twice before arriving so that we could plan financially, and then it ended up being an extra $85 once I dropped them off because of the holiday weekend ($65 for holiday pickup, $10 holiday fee per dog). I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!

We have nothing but good things to say about Pack Leader Plus! Our dog was with Pack Leader Plus…read morefor 2 years and had a wonderful experience. We have a very high energy hound who always came home exhausted. We used the doggy day care, the pet taxi, and the boarding services. Everyday our dog would start looking out the window and wagging his tail waiting to get picked up. The boarding services were also great. Because of our jobs, we had to do lots of last minute boarding and were always accommodated. Sometimes we had to ask for boarding services the day of, or leave town and not know what our exact return date was, but we were still always taken care of. We had nothing but positive experiences with Pack Leader Plus. Good prices, trustworthy people, and 100% reliable. I would absolutely recommend this business looking for someone to take care of their four legged friend.
