You could tell they put love and care into each dog and get to know them, which is the most important part to me! The only bummer was the booking process. I confirmed my total cost with them twice before arriving so that we could plan financially, and then it ended up being an extra $85 once I dropped them off because of the holiday weekend ($65 for holiday pickup, $10 holiday fee per dog). I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!

When I brought this up to the groomer she told me they were not responsible and that I had signed a release. I have yet to see the release and I guess I will be forced to take them to court. I actually thought I was being nice offering to accept half the cost from them - never happened. So now I guess we'll see what a judge decides. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
