You could tell they put love and care into each dog and get to know them, which is the most important part to me! The only bummer was the booking process. I confirmed my total cost with them twice before arriving so that we could plan financially, and then it ended up being an extra $85 once I dropped them off because of the holiday weekend ($65 for holiday pickup, $10 holiday fee per dog). I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!

It was determined since My dogs exhibited zero symptoms that they could come for boarding. 6 hours into my dogs stay Rita called me multiple times stating that one of my dog was coughing and she didn't know what to do. Apparently Rita is on my way to my mothers to drop my dogs off. My dogs have zero symptoms of kennel cough over the last 7 days. What a waste of time and resources. I'm sorry Rita that this Summer you lost 60% of your clients due to kennel cough- but this is not my problem and my dogs are fine. Also- thanks for putting a huge dent in my vacation and again wasting my time.

This business is under investigation for the mauling deaths of two dogs in less than one year. However, I had heard great things about The Dog House Inc. and decided to give them a chance--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their team was kind, understanding, and professional. Kai came home happy, healthy, and just like himself, which was such a relief. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is also amazing. We recently had a death in the family and had to leave the state last minute. When we called, they fit us in the same day without hesitation.
