Three little pigs sandwich
Nancy S.

This is a lovely coffee shop. More seating than you would expect. Cozy and friendly. We ordered vanilla lattes and a couple of breakfast sandwiches. The Hubbs had the three little pigs, with bacon, ham and sausage on a croissant. I had the honey biscuit breakfast with egg and bacon. Both were very good. We sat by the window to watch the people and cars pass by. Everyone was very pleasant. It's a great stop.

Egg and cheese sammy.

Great, friendly service! Lots of locals and tourists like us. Coffee is delicious--we had a non-fat latte and an almond milk latte. W had the egg and cheese sandwich in a croissant, which is customizable to your tastes by selecting your bread, adding protein, veggies, and other toppings. Inside an historic building in the historic park of Livingston, and it partners with Paradise grocery, which is where my yummy asparagus, prosciutto, and ricotta pastry came from. Definitely a great find for us!

SO REFRESHING! On the main drag is an institutional bar and local staple, Gil's Goods. Worn hardwood floors that creak as you walk, unique signs and hightops to sit at while watching the World Cup, Gil's is straight off a movie set. The place is built for country fun and the local watering hole. Now the shocker, bar type food that can be slightly healthier and very flavorful, lives here. We ordered the watermelon mint salad with cucumber, watermelon cubes, mint, feta, onions and a reduced balsalmic vinegarette. The freshness of the watermelon with the punch of mint and balsalmic bite was perfect for a summer day. A Truly great choice! The crispy Korean chicken sandwich was enormous with Asian pickle, slaw, Korean BBQ and Gil's aioli was scrumptious. The fried sweet potato fries were less health, but sinfully good. It was a bit messy, but I could not stop eating, a two napkins meal. Gil's Goods is not a typical bar, but the food is packed with great flavor and savory selections that make you smile. A very nice meal and must return to in the future. Please put Gil's Goods on your next must try in Livingston, Montana. To the staff at Gil's Goods, awesome meal, fun atmosphere and please don't change.

Friendly service, it took a little while ~25mins since the wood oven pizza is fresh, made to order. The pizza tasted fresh with interesting toppings: butternut squash, sweet potato, bacon bits, whole roasted garlic, arugula on a thin crusted white based sauce, drizzled with hot honey. It's a 12" shareable pizza -- ended up surprisingly enjoying this pizza with the unique ingredients. The twice baked potato soup is a winner, hearty and delicious!

I had their veggie burger, which was really good and had a delicious sauce. Others in my party had the cheeseburger and the pulled pork sandwich, which they both enjoyed too. We also got some drinks from their coffee bar, and their chai latte was great, just the perfect amount of spice for me. And they have a lot of fun coffee syrup flavors if that's your thing (toasted marshmallow, huckleberry, etc.) We skipped the bakery case, but they have a lot of tempting treats! We were there right as they were turning over from lunch service to dinner, so beware they do close for an hour for that (saw some sad folks wishing they could get in during that hour). They had a couple of tvs if you were looking to keep an eye on any games, but also the dining room is super cozy with a fireplace, and a couch sitting area for those just grabbing a coffee. It was snowy when we were there, but they have a cute little patio area too that I'm sure is great in the summer.

The first visit, my friend and I split a burger that was really tasty, moist and well accessorized. We got fries and a side salad and both were great accompaniments. The second time, I was hungrier and so excited to try the amazing bison ravioli. My only regret was the one that fell onto the bar when I was offering a taste to my friend. A whole ravioli went un-enjoyed by a tragic fumble of the fork. The ravioli was delicious and clearly made with love. The cream sauce was surprisingly light for a creamy sauce. I believe this could easily be their signature dish. My friend also had a pasta dish and really enjoyed it. Ambiance-wise, it can't be beat. I was genuinely taken by the collection of Nate Udd's artwork available for purchase, as well as the work of several other artists and photographers.

The place is comfortable, laid back but professional, and spotless. I wasn't there for breakfast but staff served a very good vanilla latte. Then I had the burger from locally raised beef. Just outstanding quality. Hand cut thick fries were also solid. It is neat to see the locals stop by--clearly everyone appreciates the place. They bake their own desserts too. Attentive, efficient staff. No one is loafing. Just us visitors! Well worth the drive into the middle of nowhere. Can't wait to drop in for breakfast.

The brunch menu is not giant but it's definitely adequate: I had the scramble skillet and it was a v nice plate of delicious food. Everyone else was happy with their food as well. Good coffee. And as we sat there, people started showing up from all over in their cherry classic cars and RVs. And, just to complete the jaw-dropping experience, later the same week, Clint Black was going to perform there!! What??! Anyway, if you find urself in Big Timber, this little place is well worth the drive.

It's perfect for families or solo and honestly would make a beautiful venue for a wedding. There is a petting zoo, a playroom and a corn pit specifically for kiddos. There is a handcrafted, leather and iron goods along with various art pieces in the gallery. There is a wool craft studio where you can make your own woven pieces or buy yarn and already made pieces. There is a soap and candle room and everything will smell amazing. Why I stopped originally there is a cheese cave where you can taste artisan cheeses and get local made food products if you want to watch the cheese being made they currently are doing that on Fridays and are talking about expanding it to Fridays and Monday. There's also a restaurant that specializes in Panini's and milkshakes. It might be one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. Wheelchair accessibility. This place is actually quite accessible. There are a couple barriers that I will list here so that you're aware. There are accessible parking spots in both sides of the parking lot and most of the trails are paved or hard packed gravel. There are a couple places on the gravel paths where they transition to a pave path where the transition is worn away a little bit so there might be a bump up of about an inch. And all of the doors are heavy, quite heavy. If you want to go down into the cheese cave, there is a lift that's located by the children's playroom. It's one of the ones where you have to hold the button the whole time and even a little bit after you arrive otherwise the door will not unlock. The bathrooms are a little bit tight inside the mill, but the ones up by the children's playroom and the soap store are very accessible, but the door is heavy.
